Գործարար և բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանը հանդես է եկել նոր ուղերձով, որում անդրադարձել է իշխանությունների գործունեությանը, հասարակական դիմադրության կարևոր դրսևորումներին, և ազդարարել է նոր քաղաքական թիմի ձևավորման և ազգային վերակազմավորման գործընթացի մեկնարկը։
Ուղերձում նա շեշտում է, որ ներկա իշխանություններին չի հաջողվել․
Ճնշել հայ ժողովրդի կամքը,
Հուսահատեցնել պատերազմն անցած ու հալածանքների ենթարկված երիտասարդներին,
Լռեցնել ազատ խոսքը և իրական լրագրողներին,
Կոտրել Բաքվի բանտերում պահվող հայ ռազմիկների ոգին,
Պառակտել հավատացյալ ժողովրդի կապը Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու հետ։
Սամվել Կարապետյանը ընդգծում է՝ հենց այդ ձախողված ջանքերի դիմադրության մեջ է հայկական ժողովրդի ապագան, և այն պետք է կառուցվի ազգային առողջ հիմքերի վրա։
«Մեր սկզբունքորեն նոր քաղաքական ուժը, մեր նոր ձևավորվող թիմը հիմնված է լինելու մեր ազգային լավագույն որակների, ժողովրդի պինդ կամքը կրող անձանց և հատկապես երիտասարդների վրա», – նշել է նա։
