ՆԳՆ փրկարար ծառայության Արարատի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության կողմից մարզի տարածքում գտնվող կոնյակի գործարաններից մեկում անցկացվել է բազմաբաղադրիչ «Հրդեհաշիջման և փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացումը» թեմայով հատուկ տակտիկական ուսումնավարժանք, որի նպատակն էր բարձր մակարդակի հասցնել արտակարգ իրավիճակների արձագանքման միասնական ուժերի փոխգործողություններն արտադրական օբյեկտում հնարավոր խոշոր վթարի պայմաններում:

Ուսումնավարժանքին ներգրավվել էին ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Փրկարար ծառայության և Ոստիկանության մարզային ստորաբաժանումների ծառայողներ, Արտաշատի բժշկական կենտրոնի շտապօգնության բրիգադներ, Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերի «Արաքս» և «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» Արտաշատի գազիֆիկացման և գազամատակարարման մասնաճյուղերի, «Վեոլիա ջուր» տարածքային տեղամասի վթարավերականգնողական խմբեր, Արտաշատի կոմունալ ծառայության աշխատակիցներ և տեխնիկա։

Սցենարի համաձայն՝ սպիրտի տարաների ժամանակավոր կուտակման տարածքում էլեկտրական լարերի կարճ միացման հետևանքով բռնկվել էր հրդեհ, որին հաջորդել էր պայթյուն։ Պայթյունի հետևանքով մասնակիորեն փլուզվել էր հարևանությամբ գտնվող արտադրամասը, ինչպես նաև վթարվել էին գործարանի կոմունալ-էներգետիկ համակարգերը։

Տեղի ունեցած պայմանական պայթյունից առաջացած մասնակի փլուզման հետևանքով երկու աշխատակից ստացել էին տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ և արգելափակվել արտադրամասում, իսկ հրդեհի տարածման գոտում գտնվող երկու աշխատակից ստացել էին տարբեր աստիճանի այրվածքներ։

Ըստ սահմանված տեղամասերի դեպքի վայր ժամանած փրկարարական խմբերի կողմից իրականացվեցին իրավիճակի գնահատում, հետախուզություն, հրդեհաշիջման, պարանային և փրկարարական աշխատանքներ, պայմանական տուժածների որոնում, առաջին օգնության ցուցաբերում և տեղափոխում շտապօգնության մեքենա։ Զուգահեռաբար իրականացվել են նաև վթարավերականգնողական աշխատանքներ։

Ուսումնավարժանքն իրականացվել է բարձր կազմակերպչական մակարդակով՝ ապահովելով ներգրավված ստորաբաժանումների փոխգործակցության բարձր արդյունավետություն, օպերատիվ արձագանքման ճշգրտություն և ոլորտային պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի դրսևորում։ Իրատեսականին մոտ սցենարի հիման վրա իրականացված գործողությունները նպաստել են վարժանքի մասնակիցների հմտությունների խորացմանը, մասնագիտական ունակությունների բարելավմանն ու արագ կողմնորոշման կարողությունների ամրապնդմանը։

Սույն նախաձեռնությունը հանդիսանում է արտակարգ իրավիճակներին բազմաոլորտային արձագանքման համակողմանի պատրաստվածության ամրապնդման կարևորագույն օրինակ՝ միաժամանակ ընդգծելով տարբեր գերատեսչությունների միջև համագործակցության անչափելի դերը։
