Ռուսաստանը Չինաստանին, Իրանին և ԿԺԴՀ-ին համարում է իր դաշնակիցները և այդ պետությունների հետ նույն տեսակետն ունի աշխարհակարգի հիմքերի վերաբերյալ։ Այս մասին հուլիսի 29-ին կայացած ճեպազրույցում հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը։

Լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչները խնդրել են Պեսկովին բացատրել, թե ինչ դեր են խաղում Պեկինը, Թեհրանը և Փհենյանը այն իրավիճակում, երբ Ռուսաստանը, ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի խոսքով, պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ մենակ է Արևմուտքի երկրների դեմ դիմակայության մեջ, գրում է Газета.Ru-ն։

«Սրանք մեր դաշնակիցներն են, սրանք մեր գործընկերներն են։ Երկրներ, որոնց հետ մենք մեծ մասամբ կիսում ենք աշխարհակարգի հիմքերի վերաբերյալ նույն տեսլականը», - նշել է Կրեմլի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչը։ 

Նախօրեին Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովն ասել էր, որ «պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ Ռուսաստանը դաշնակիցներ չունի Արևմուտքի դեմ պայքարում, նա հույսը դնում է միայն իր վրա»։

«Պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ Ռուսաստանը միայնակ է կռվում ամբողջ Արևմուտքի դեմ։ Առաջին համաշխարհային պատերազմում, Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմում մենք դաշնակիցներ ունեինք։ Հիմա մենք դաշնակիցներ չունենք մարտադաշտում։ Հետևաբար, պետք է հույսներս դնենք ինքներս մեզ վրա։ Չի կարելի թույլ տալ որևէ թուլություն կամ անգործություն», - ասել է Լավրովը «Նշանակությունների տարածք» XI համառուսաստանյան երիտասարդական կրթական ֆորումում։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանը պնդում է իր օրինական պահանջները՝ անվտանգության ապահովում, ՆԱՏՕ-ի չընդլայնում, Ուկրաինայի ռուսալեզու բնակչության պաշտպանություն։ 

«Հատուկ ռազմական գործողություն սկսելուն այլընտրանք չկար։ Տարածքները չէ, որ մեզ համար կարևոր են... Մենք ունենք աշխարհի ամենամեծ երկիրը։ Մեզ համար կարևոր է, որ դարեր շարունակ այնտեղ ապրած, ռուսական մշակույթի, ռուսերեն լեզվի, ռուսական կրթության կրող, նույն մշակույթում իրենց երեխաներին դաստիարակելու ցանկություն ունեցող մարդիկ չոչնչացվեն, նրանց իրավունքները պաշտպանված լինեն։ Սա բացարձակապես օրինական պահանջ է։ Եվ, իհարկե, մեր սահմանադրությունում ամրագրված իրողությունների ճանաչումը բացարձակապես անվիճելի պահանջ է», - ընդգծել է Լավրովը։
