Քաղբանտարկյալների թիվն աճում է, Հայաստանը՝ նահանջում

Վերջին ամիսներին Հայաստանի քաղաքական իրավիճակը մտահոգիչ նոր շրջադարձեր է կատարում։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը, ըստ ամենայնի, անցել է բոլոր կարմիր գծերը՝ սանձազերծելով խայտառակ քաղաքական հաշվեհարդար ընդդիմադիրների, հասարակական գործիչների ու ընդհանրապես՝ այլակարծության դեմ։
Քաղբանտարկյալների թիվն աճում է
Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանների և փաստաբանների տվյալներով՝ միայն վերջին ամիսների ընթացքում քաղբանտարկյալների թիվը Հայաստանում գերազանցել է 50-ը։ Սա վկայում է, որ իշխանությունը ոչ միայն վախենում է հանրային քննադատությունից, այլ փորձում է համակարգային ճնշման միջոցով լռեցնել՝ բերման ենթարկելով բոլորին, ովքեր հրաժարվում են հպատակվել։
Փաշինյանը չի խորշում անգամ այն անձանց ձերբակալությունից, ովքեր ժողովրդական հսկայական սեր ու աջակցություն են վայելում։ Օրինակ Սամվել Կարապետյանին եկեղեցուն սատարող հայտարարության համար։ Այս աղաղակող ապօրինությունը չի կարող անհետևանք մնալ։
Կամ` Բագրատ և Միքայել Սրբազանների աբսուրդային կալանավորումը։ Փաշինյանի համար ոչ մի արժեք, կարմիր գիծ գոյություն չունի։
Հասարակության լայն շրջանակներում արդարացիորեն ծագում է հարց՝
ինչպիսի՞ ժողովրդավարական արժեքների մասին կարող է խոսել մի իշխանություն, որը քաղաքական հայացքների համար բանտ է նետում ազգային բարերարների, տարեց մարդկանց, քաղհասարակության ներկայացուցիչների ու նույնիսկ ուսանողների։ Այս ամենի ֆոնին տարօրինակ չի լինի, եթե իշխանությունները բանտերը լցնեն նույնիսկ անչափահասներով այլակարծության համար։
ԵՄ-ի ճանապարհը փակվում է բռնաճնշումների պատճառով
Իշխանության այս վարքագիծն անմիջական հակասության մեջ է Հայաստանի ստանձնած միջազգային պարտավորությունների հետ։ Եվրոպական միության հետ համագործակցությունն ու ասոցացման գործընթացը ենթադրում են՝
․ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանություն,
․ արդար դատաքննության երաշխավորում,
․ և քաղաքացիական ազատությունների լիարժեք պաշտպանություն։
Սակայն երբ Հայաստանում քաղաքական հայացքների համար ձերբակալությունը դառնում է «նորմալ պրակտիկա» որևէ գործընկեր երկիր չի կարող լուրջ ընդունել նման վարչակարգի։
Այս իշխանության նպատակը մեկն է՝ վախեցնել, կոտրել, ճնշել, հնազանդություն պարտադրել։
Այլևս խոսել Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարությունից՝ աբսուրդ է։
Այս համակարգն ուղղակի պետք է հեռացվի։
Ոչ թե բարեփոխվի, այլ՝ հեռացվի։
Որովհետև իշխանությունն այնքան է նեխել և փտել, որ բարեփոխման տեղ չի մնացել։
