Լարված իրավիճակ՝ Շիրակում․ թուրքը իր անասունները առանց խոչընդոտի բերում է և մեր հողերում արածացնում

Շիրակի մարզում անասնապահությամբ զբաղվողները զայրացած են։ Գյումրիից մոտ 8 կմ հեռու գտնվող, տարիներ առաջ Մեղրաշատ գյուղի հաշվեկշռում հաշվառված արոտավայրերում անհիշելի ժամանակներից են գյուղի բնակիչները անասնապահությամբ զբաղվում։ 6 ամիս սարերում են լինում ու այդ տարածքներում, որոնք վարձակալել են իրենց անասուններին են պահում։
Հիմա պարզվում է, որ տարածքները տրվել են Արփի լիճ ազգային պարկին։ Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությունն էլ թանկացնում է վարձավճարները։ Այսինքն գյուղացին հիմա պետք է 10 անգամ ավել վճարի, քան նախկինում էր։Գյուղացիները անօրինական չեն արածեցրել այսքան ժամանակ, պայմանագիր ունեն, որը դեռ 6 տարի ուժի մեջ է, մինչև 31 թվականը։ Բայց նույնիսկ դա հաշվի չի առնվել։ Նոր պայմանագիր կնքելու են կանչում։
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հավաքվածներն ասում են, որ անտեսելով ցանկացած եղանակային պայման, անգամ հորդառատ անձրևների և կայծակների ժամանակ, մնում են անասնապահությամբ են զբաղվում, որ գոնե եկամուտ ունենան ու տուն պահեն։
Տարածքների համար վճարել չեն հրաժարվում, բայց խելամիտ գումարներ։ Իսկ նրանք ովքեր համաձայն չեն այդ որոշման հետ, 15 օր ժամանակ ունեն, որպեսզի անասունների հետ լքեն տարածքը։ Հավաքվածները պատկան մարմիններին են դիմում, մասնավորապես ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, հարցին ճիշտ լուծում տալու համար։ Չէ՞ որ այս ամենը իրենց ապրուստի հիմնական միջոցն է։
Գ․ Շամշյանի հետ զրույցում անասնապահությամբ զբաղվողները ասում էին․ «Թուրքը ազատ գալիս, մտնում է մեր ինքնիշխան հողերը, իր անասուններին արածացնում է, իսկ մեզ ասում են, թե պետք է երեք միլիոն, մի բան էլ ավելի գումար մուծե՞ք»։
