«Հաջորդ տարի ՀՀ կառավարությունը մտադիր է ներգրավել ևս մոտ 909 միլիոն դոլարի պարտք։ Սա ակնհայտ է դառնում կառավարության ներկայացրած և երեկ հաստատված «2016-2018թթ. միջնաժամկետ ծախսային ծրագրի» ուսումնասիրությունից։
Եթե կառավարության կանխատեսած ցուցանիշների համաձայն 2016 թվականի սկզբին մեր պետական պարտքը կազմելու է 1 տրիլիոն 999միլիարդ դրամ (4.2 մլրդ դոլար), ապա նույն տարվա վերջին այն պետք է կազմի 2 տրիլիոն 431 միլիարդ դրամ (5.1 միլիարդ դոլար)։ Տարբերությունը 432 միլիարդ դրամ է, որը դրամի այսօրվա փոխարժեքով կազմում է 909 միլիոն դոլար։ Ըստ կառավարության՝ մեր պետական պարտքը հաջորդ տարի կավելանա հենց այդքանով։ Սակայն նշենք, որ իրականությունը ավելի դաժան է լինելու. մեր պետական պարքտը աճում է շատ ավելի արագ, քան կանխատեսում է կառավարությունը։
ՀՀ պետական բյուջեով սահմանված էր, որ այս տարվա վերջին պետական պարտքը կկազմի 4.2 միլիարդ դոլար։ Բայց ՀՀ ֆինանսների փոխնախարար Ատոմ Ջանջուղազյանը վերջերս հայտարարել էր, թե այս տարվա վերջին պետական պարտքը կլինի մոտ 4.9 միլիարդ դոլար։ Եթե սրան ավելացնենք վերը նշվծա 909 միլիոն դոլարը, ապա կստացվի, որ հաջորդ տարվա վերջին մեր պետական պարտքը կդառնա արդեն 5.8 միլիարդ դոլար՝ կառավարության կանխատեսած 5.1 միլիարդի փոխարեն»,–գրում է թերթը։
