Գազայի հատվածում աճել է սովից մահացածների թիվը

Վերջին 24 ժամվա ընթացքում Գազայում ևս վեց մարդ է մահացել սովից և թերսնումից, հայտնել է երկրի առողջապահության նախարարությունը՝ ընդգծելով անկլավում ստեղծված արտակարգ մարդասիրական իրավիճակը։
Ըստ նախարարության․ մահվան նոր դեպքերով պատերազմի սկզբից ի վեր զոհերի թիվը հասել է 175-ի, այդ թվում՝ 93 երեխա։ Նրանք մահացել են այն բանի հետևանքով, ինչը, ըստ միջազգային մարդասիրական կազմակերպությունների, կարող է լինել մոտալուտ սով։
Եգիպտական պետական Al Qahera News TV հեռուստաալիքը հայտնել է, որ 107 տոննա դիզելային վառելիքով երկու բեռնատար պետք է մուտք գործեր Գազա այն բանից ամիսներ անց, երբ Իսրայելը խիստ սահմանափակել էր մարդասիրական օգնության մուտքը անկլավ, սակայն հետագայում փոքր-ինչ մեղմացրել էր այն, քանի որ սովը սկսել էր տարածվել։
Գազայի առողջապահության նախարարությունը հայտարարել է, որ վառելիքի պակասը լրջորեն վատթարացրել է հիվանդանոցների աշխատանքը՝ ստիպելով բժիշկներին կենտրոնանալ միայն ծանր հիվանդների կամ վիրավորների բուժման վրա։ Անմիջապես չի հաստատվել, թե արդյոք վառելիքատարներն իրականում մուտք են գործել Գազա։
Վառելիքի մատակարարումները հազվադեպ էին մարտից ի վեր, երբ Իսրայելը սահմանափակեց օգնության և ապրանքների հոսքը դեպի անկլավ՝ հայտարարելով, որ դա ճնշում է ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի գրոհայինների վրա՝ նրանց կողմից 2023 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Իսրայելի վրա հարձակման ժամանակ գերեվարված մնացած պատանդներին ազատ արձակելու նպատակով։
