Երկու շաբաթ առաջ՝ հուլիսի 21-ին արտառոց դեպք էր տեղի ունեցել «Նուբարաշեն» հոգեկան առողջության պահպանման ազգային կենտրոնում. ժամը 01:20-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Նուբարաշենի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ նշված կենտրոնի 2-րդ բաժանմունքից 2 հոգի դիմել են փախուստի:

MediaHub-ը հիշեցնում է, որ պարզվել էր՝ նշված բաժանմունքի 5-րդ հիվանդասենյակի պատուհանի ճաղավանդակը պոկելու միջոցով հարկադիր բուժվող, Երևանի բնակիչ 45-ամյա Վյաչեսլավ Լուկինը և ՀՀ Արմավիրի մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի որոշմանբ որպես անվտանգության միջոց կիրառված և նշված կենտրոն տեղափոխված Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ 35-ամյա Արամայիս Միրզոյանը դիմել են փախուստի:

Ժամեր անց՝ ժամը 02:41-ին, ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Երևանի գնդի ծառայողները նրանցից մեկին հայտնաբերել էին Նուբարաշենի գերեզմանատան մոտ։ 

MediaHub-ի հարցին ի պատասխան, թե արդյո՞ք մյուս բոժվողին գտել են, թե՞՝ ոչ,  Քննչական կոմիտեի մամուլի քարտուղար Կիմա Ավդալյանը տվել էր բացասական պատասխան։

Անցել է արդեն երկու շաբաթ, արդյո՞ք դեռ չեն գտել մյուս բուժառուին. և կրկին MediaHub-ին ՔԿ–ից պատասխանեցին՝ դեռ ոչ․

«Երկրորդ անձին դեռ չեն հայտնաբերել, որևէ նորություն չկա»։
Փաստացի, արդեն երկու շաբաթ է, ինչ իրավապահ համակարգը որևէ կերպ չի կարողանում գտնել  հոգեբուժարանից փախուստի դիմած բուժառուին, ում անունը, ազգանունը, արտաքին տեսքն ու մյուս բոլոր մանրամասները լիովին հայտնի են։
