Հայ քաղաքագետ, մեդիա փորձագետ, Alpha News-ի գլխավոր խմբագիր Տիգրան Քոչարյանը rt.com-ին տված հարցազրույցում անարժան արարք է անվանել Հայաստանի իշխանությունների վերաբերմունքը գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանի նկատմամբ, ով անընդհատ զբաղվում էր բարեգործությամբ դրա դիմաց առանց որևէ բան պահանջելու։ Նրա կարծիքով, իշխանությունները  մտադիր չեն թուլացնել ճնշումը Կարապետյանի վրա։

«Ինչպես եկեղեցու դեպքում, այնպես էլ այստեղ նրանք չեն նահանջելու։ Եվ շատ բան կախված է Սամվել Կարապետյանից և նրա կարողությունից ամրապնդելու իր դիրքերը հայկական քաղաքական դաշտում, պաշտպանելու իր շահերը, եկեղեցու շահերը և սեփական երկրի շահերը», - կարծիք է հայտնել մեդիա փորձագետը։

Նրա կարծիքով, այն ձևը, որով հանրապետության ղեկավարությունը վարվում է նման մարդկանց հետ, «անարժան արարք է»։

«Իրականում, այլ ներդրողներ և այլ բարերարներ կարող են տեսնել, թե ինչ կարող է պատահել իրենց հետ մոտ ապագայում, եթե նրանք համարձակվեն արտահայտել իրենց կարծիքը Հայաստանի և Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու վերաբերյալ», - եզրափակել է Քոչարյանը։

Ավելի վաղ «Եվրասիա» ՀԿ-ի խորհրդի անդամ Միքայել Բադալյանը rt.com-ին տված հարցազրույցում հիշեցրել էր, որ գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանը և նրա կողմը դատարաններում հաջողության են հասնում, ինչը «անհնար էր թվում»։
