Oգոստոսի 3-ին արտառոց դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում։ Ինչպես հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը, ժամը 15։45-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Թումանյանի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ սուր կտրող-ծակող գործիքով հարված ստանալու հետևանքով «աջ թիկունքի շրջանի ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ «Ալավերդի» բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել մի երեխա։

Պարզել են, որ վիրավորը Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 12-ամյա Ա․ Հ․-ն է։

Ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժնի ծառայողներին Ա․ Հ․-ն հայտնել է, որ օգոստոսի 3-ին՝ ժամը 13։00-ի սահմաններում, Ալավերդի քաղաքի Սանահին Սարահարթ թաղամասում գտնվող «Էլլադա» ռեստորանային համալիրի հարևանությամբ, ավանդույթի համաձայն հարսանեկան միջոցառման ժամանակ ավտոմեքենաների շարասյան ճանապարհը պարանով փակելու, գումար վերցնելու և գումարը միմյանց միջև բաժանելու հարցի շուրջ ծագած վիճաբանության ընթացքում համաքաղաքացի 13-ամյա Ռ․ Մ․-ն թիկունքից դանակով մեկ անգամ հարվածել է իր մեջքին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածք, ինչից հետո հանցագործության գործիք դանակը նետել է հարևանությամբ գտնվող աղբարկղի ուղղությամբ։

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Թումանյանի քննչական բաժին։
