Օգոստոսի 8-ի գիշերը Ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզի օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգեր ստացվել են «Հրազդան» բժշկական կենտրոնից: Նախ հայտնել են, որ իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել դանակահարված երկու քաղաքացի, իսկ ավելի ուշ հավելել, որ նրանցից մեկը` Հրազդանի բնակիչ 32-ամյա Արմեն Մ․-ն վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում մահացել է:
«Ավելի ուշ հիվանդանոցից հայտնեցին, որ շտապօգնության խումբը բուժօգնության է տեղափոխել նաև դանակահարված մեկ այլ տղամարդու` Հրազդանի Ջրառատ թաղամասի 28-ամյա բնակչի:
Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնվեց քրեական վարույթ:
Քրեական ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության ծառայողների ստացած տեղեկություններն իրացվեցին Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության և Համայնքային ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժնի գործընկերների հետ:
Պարզվեց, որ գիշերվա ժամը 2.30-ի սահմաններում մահացած Արմեն Մ․-ն 41-ամյա ընկերոջ հետ գնացել է Հրազդանի կենտրոնում գործող մի խանութ, որտեղ եղել են` մի խումբ անձինք, այդ թվում՝ հիվանդանոց տեղափոխված 28-ամյա ջրառատցին։
Խանութում միջանձնային վեճ է սկսվել մահացածի և 28 տարեկան մի երիտասարդի միջև, որը Հրազդանի Կենտրոն թաղամասի բնակիչ է: Վեճը վերածվել է ծեծկռտուքի: Ներկաները հանդարտեցրել են նրանց և խանութից դուրս հանել: Վիճաբանությունը շարունակվել է դրսում, որտեղ էլ Հրազդանի Կենտրոն թաղամասի 28-ամյա բնակիչն դանակով հարվածներ է հասցրել հիվանդանոց տեղափոխված երեք տղամարդկանց:
Իրավապահների բացատրական աշխատանքի արդյունքում ժամը 4.20-ին դանակահարողը ներկայացել է Հրազդանի բաժին ու ձերբակալվել: Նա խոստովանել է արարքն ու ներկայացվել նախաքննական մարմին:
Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցներ` հանցագործության գործիք դանակը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ: Նախաքննությամբ հանգամանքները պարզվում են»,- ասվում է ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության հաղորդագրությունում։
