2 երկրները կստորագրեն համատեղ հռչակագիր, որով կստեղծվի Թրամփի երթուղին միջազգային խաղաղության համար

Ադրբեջանի, Հայաստանի և Միացյալ Նահանգների առաջնորդներ Իլհամ Ալիևը, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և Դոնալդ Թրամփը կընդունեն համատեղ հռչակագիր Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև խաղաղ կարգավորման և երկու անդրկովկասյան հանրապետությունների միջև տրանսպորտային միջանցք ստեղծելու վերաբերյալ, ինչպես նաև կխնդրեն Եվրոպայի անվտանգության և համագործակցության կազմակերպությանը (ԵԱՀԿ) լուծարել Մինսկի խումբը։ Ինչպես հայղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը, այս մասին հայտնել է Սպիտակ տան մամուլի քարտուղարի տեղակալ Աննա Քելլին՝ մեկնաբանելով Ալիևի, Փաշինյանի և Թրամփի առաջիկա ժամերին Վաշինգտոնում կայանալիք հանդիպումների ծրագրերը։
«Նրանց կողմից (Ալիևի և Փաշինյանի – ՏԱՍՍ) համաձայնեցված «ճանապարհային քարտեզը» թույլ կտա մեզ կառուցել ապագա համագործակցություն, որից կշահեն երկու երկրները, Հարավային Կովկասը», – հատուկ ճեպազրույցում ասել է Սպիտակ տան ներկայացուցիչը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ «երկու երկրները կստորագրեն համատեղ հռչակագիր, որը պարունակում է [խաղաղության] համաձայնագիր, որով կստեղծվի «Թրամփի երթուղին միջազգային խաղաղության և բարգավաճման համար»։
«Մենք խոսում ենք տարբեր տեսակի տրանսպորտի տարանցիկ գոտու մասին, որը կապում է Ադրբեջանի հիմնական մասը Նախիջևանի Ինքնավար Հանրապետության հետ»։ «Սա կապահովի երկու երկրների միջև անխոչընդոտ հաղորդակցություն՝ հարգելով Հայաստանի և նրա ժողովրդի ինքնիշխանությունն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությունը։ Բացի այդ, երկրները կստորագրեն համատեղ նամակ, որով պաշտոնապես կխնդրեն ԵԱՀԿ-ին լուծարել այլևս արդիական չհամարվող Մինսկի խումբը»:
Քելլիի խոսքով նախատեսվում է եռակողմ ստորագրման արարողություն: Սպիտակ տան ժամանակացույցի համաձայն՝ կընդունվեն նաև երկկողմ փաստաթղթեր՝ Թրամփի, Փաշինյանի և Ալիևի միջև առանձին հանդիպումների ժամանակ:
Ինչպես բացատրեց Քելլին, այս երկկողմ փաստաթղթերը ներկայացնում են համապարփակ համագործակցության համաձայնագրեր: «Նախագահ Թրամփը կստորագրի համաձայնագրեր և՛ Հայաստանի, և՛ Ադրբեջանի հետ, որոնք կբացեն մեր հարաբերությունները երկու երկրների և տարածաշրջանի հետ՝ օգուտ բերելով ամերիկյան բիզնեսին: Այս համաձայնագրերը ներառում են էներգետիկան, տեխնոլոգիաները, տնտեսական համագործակցությունը, սահմանային անվտանգությունը, ենթակառուցվածքները և առևտուրը», – ասաց Սպիտակ տան խոսնակը՝ առանց մանրամասներ հաղորդելու: Նա, ըստ էության, խոստովանեց, որ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև որևէ կոնկրետ խաղաղության համաձայնագիր չկա:
