Համալրում ենք մեր կազմը նոր հասարակական գործիչներով․ Արցախցիների իրավունքների պաշտպանության խորհուրդ

Արցախցիների իրավունքների պաշտպանության խորհուրդը հայտարարություն է տարածել․
«Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Ինչպես նախկինում հայտարարել էինք, Արցախցիների իրավունքների պաշտպանության խորհուրդը սկսել է վերակազմավորման աշխատանքները։ Այդ առումով ընդգծում ենք հետևյալ կետերը՝
- Նախ նշենք, որ Խորհուրդը գործելու է որպես հանրային բաց շարժում՝ իր գործունեության հիմքում ունենալով մարտի 29-ի հանրահավաքում հայտարարված Պահանջագրի 12 կետերը։
- Այսուհետ Խորհրդի կազմում չեն լինի պետական պաշտոնյաներ և Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի հինգ խորհրդարանական ֆրակցիաների ներկայացուցիչները: Այդ որոշումը կայացվել է ապահովելու համար Խորհրդի զուտ հասարակական բնույթը և զերծ մնալու համար քաղաքական կառույցների հետ հնարավոր փոխկապակցվածությունից:
- Միաժամանակ Խորհուրդը կարևորում և արժևորում է Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական ինստիտուտների դերը։ Մենք շարունակելու ենք համագործակցել պետական ինստիտուտների հետ բոլոր այն նախաձեռնություններում, որոնք ծառայում են Արցախի ժողովրդի շահերին։
- Վերոնշյալ հանգամանքներով և Խորհրդի ներկայությամբ Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական ինստիտուտներին լրացուցիչ չթիրախավորելու անհրաժեշտությամբ էր պայմանավորված նաև Խորհրդի գրասենյակը Արցախի Հանրապետության ներկայացուցչության շենքից հանելու որոշումը:
- Խորհուրդը համալրում է իր կազմը նոր հասարակական գործիչներով՝ հաշվի առնելով այս ամիսների փորձառությունը և տարբեր կազմակերպությունների ու գործիչների ակտիվությունը: Խորհրդին և ընդհանուր շարժմանը միանալու կամ աջակցելու համար բոլոր ցանկացողները կարող են գրել Խորհրդի ֆեյսբուքի էջին: Այս գործընթացի ավարտին մենք կհրապարակենք Խորհրդի նոր կազմը՝ ապահովելով հանրային ներառականություն ու թափանցիկություն:
- Միաժամանակ շարունակելու ենք մեր համախոհների ու գործընկերների շրջանակի ընդլայմանը միտված ջանքերը: Այդ առումով առաջիկայում իրականացնելու ենք մարզային նոր այցելություններ՝ տեղերում ձևավորելով ԱԻՊ Խորհրդի մարզային թիմերի կորիզները՝ ելնելով այն համոզմունքից, որ համահայկական օրակարգ ձևավորելու առաջին քայլը արցախցիների միասնականության ապահովումն է։ Բացի դրանից, պատրաստ ենք համագործակցել Հայաստանում և սփյուռքում գործող բոլոր այն անհատների և կազմակերպությունների հետ, որոնք զբաղվում են արցախցիների իրավունքների պաշտպանությամբ։ Ջանքերի համատեղման նպատակով առաջիկայում նախատեսում ենք հանդիպումներ և քննարկումներ նախաձեռնել ՀՀ-ում գործող նմանատիպ կառույցների հետ։
- Խորհուրդն առաջիկայում հանդես կգա առանձին հայտարարություններով Արցախի ժողովրդին իրավունքներին առնչվող մի շարք հրատապ հարցերի շուրջ, այդ թվում՝ ՀՀ կառավարության շարունակական սխալների ու բացթողումների վերաբերյալ, որոնք գնալով խորացնում ու սրում են առկա հիմնախնդիրները:
Մեր բոլոր մտահոգ հայրենակիցներին կոչ ենք անում ակտիվորեն ներգրավվել և մասնակցել Խորհրդի աշխատանքներին՝ միասնական ուժերով ապահովելու արցախցիների հիմնախնդիրների տեսանելիությունն ու դրանց լուծմանն ուղղված շարժը»։
