Վաշինգտոնում մեկնարկել է Փաշինյան-Թրամփ հանդիպումը

Վաշինգտոնում մեկնարկել է Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի հանդիպումը։

ԱՄՆ նախագահը նաև առանձին հանդիպում կունենա Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ։
Ավելի ուշ տեղի կունենա եռակողմ հանդիպում՝ Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի մասնակցությամբ։
ՀՀ կառավարությունն ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր, որ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն օգոստոսի 8-ին Վաշինգտոնում երկկողմ հանդիպում կունենա Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի հետ՝ Հայաստան-ԱՄՆ ռազմավարական գործընկերությունը խորացնելու նպատակով, ինչպես նաև եռակողմ հանդիպում՝ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ՝ միտված տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության, բարօրության և տնտեսական համագործակցության առաջմղմանը։
ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփն էլ օգոստոսի 8-ին Truth Social հարթակում անդրադարձել էր Հայաստանի վարչապետի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հետ սպասվող եռակողմ հանդիպմանը՝ այն որակելով պատմական։
«Ես անհամբերությամբ սպասում եմ Սպիտակ տանը հյուրընկալելու Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևին և Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին պատմական խաղաղության գագաթնաժողովի համար։ Այս երկու ազգերը տարիներ շարունակ պատերազմի մեջ են եղել, որի հետևանքով հազարավոր մարդիկ են զոհվել։ Շատ առաջնորդներ փորձել են ավարտել պատերազմն՝ առանց հաջողության հասնելու, մինչև այս պահը՝ շնորհիվ Թրամփի», - գրել էր ԱՄՆ նախագահը։
Նա հավելել էր, որ ԱՄՆ ներկայիս վարչակազմը բավականին երկար ժամանակ համագործակցել է երկու կողմի հետ և նշել, որ օգոստոսի 8-ին վարչապետ Փաշինյանը և նախագահ Ալիևը Սպիտակ տանը կմիանան իրեն՝ մասնակցելու խաղաղության փաստաթղթի ստորագրման պաշտոնական արարողությանը։
Նախագահ Թրամփի խոսքով՝ Միացյալ Նահանգները նաև երկկողմ համաձայնագրեր կստորագրի Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հետ՝ «միասին հետամուտ լինելու տնտեսական հնարավորությունների, որպեսզի մենք կարողանանք լիովին բացահայտել Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանի ներուժը»։
«Ես շատ հպարտ եմ այս քաջ առաջնորդներով, որ ճիշտ քայլի են գնում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հզոր ժողովուրդների համար։ Սա պատմական օր կլինի Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի, Միացյալ Նահանգների և աշխարհի համար», - եզրափակել էր Սպիտակ տան ղեկավարը։
