2025 թ. Օգոստոսի 8-ին ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի միջնորդութեամբ Վաշինգտոնում ստորագրուած ԱՄՆ, Հայաստան, Ադրբեջան համատեղ յայտարարութիւնը ո՛չ միայն չի արտացոլում Հայաստանի Հանրապետութեան պետական եւ ազգային շահերը, այլեւ հարուած է Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանութեանը։

ՀՀ իշխող վարչակազմի որդեգրած քաղաքականութիւնն ու անհաւասարակշիռ որոշումներն ընդունուել են գաղտնիութեան պայմաններում։ Դրանք ոտնահարում են հայ ժողովրդի հաւաքական իրաւունքներն ու կենսական շահերը, ստեղծում են անվտանգային նոր մարտահրաւէրներ եւ սպառնալիքներ, խաթարում են տարածաշրջանի ռազմաքաղաքական հաւասարակշռութիւնն ու ՀՀ տարածքային ամբողջականութիւնը՝ կասկածի տակ դնելով ՀՀ պետականութեան գոյութիւնը։

Շարունակական կեղծիքների, սուտ խոստումների եւ ամբոխավարութեան քողի ներքոյ ոտնատակ են տրուել Հայաստանն ու հայ ժողովրդի շահերը։ ՀՀ իշխող վարչակազմի որդեգրած ապազգային եւ անհեռանկար քաղաքականութեան արտացոլանք հանդիսացող, իր էութեամբ հակապետական յայտարարութիւնը մէկ նպատակադրում ունի՝ ի գին ՀՀ իրաւունքների՝ օտար շահեր սպասարկող ՀՀ իշխող վարչակազմի վերարտադրութիւն՝ Հայաստանը դարձնելով աշխարհաքաղաքական շահերի բախման թատերաբեմ։

Ադրբեջանի շարունակական նախապայմանների, արցախահայութեան նկատմամբ իրականացուած ցեղասպանական գործողութիւնների, Արցախի էթնիկ զտման եւ ամբողջական հայաթափման, ՀՀ տարածքների բռնազաւթման, Բաքւում ընթացող կեղծ դատավարութիւնների եւ արցախահայութեան վերադարձի իրաւունքի ոտնահարման եւ յանուն շահի այս ամէնի վրայ մեծ տէրութիւնների աչք փակելու պայմաններում՝ Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ վստահութեան մթնոլորտի ձեւաւորումը ո՛չ միայն իրատեսական չէ, այլեւ՝ բնոյթով կապիտուլացիոն:

Ըստ այդմ.

• Յայտարարում ենք, որ Արցախի հակամարտութիւնը լուծուած չէ եւ միջազգային հանրութիւնը, մասնաւորապէս ԵԱՀԿ-ն, որպէս այս խնդրի կարգաւորման միջազգային օրինական մանդատ ունեցող միակ հարթակ՝ պարտաւոր են գործել այն յանգուցալուծելու ուղղութեամբ։

• Ընդգծում ենք, որ ստորագրուած յայտարարութիւնը, ըստ էութեան, օրինականացնում է միջանցքի գաղափարը եւ ուղղուած է բացառապէս ադրբեջանական շահերի սպասարկմանը։

• Հաստատում ենք, որ ցանկացած անուամբ եւ կարգավիճակով՝ Ադրբեջանին Հայաստանի Հանրապետութեան տարածքով «անխոչընդոտ հաղորդակցութիւն» տրամադրելը, իրականում «թուրանական միջանցք»-ի իրացում է եւ Հայաստանի իքնիշխանութեան ոտնահարում։

• Պահանջում ենք՝ ՀՀ տարածքից Ադրբեջանի զինուած ուժերի դուրսբերում, Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական պատանդների անյապաղ ազատ արձակում, Արցախի հայութեան հաւաքական, անվտանգ, երաշխաւորուած եւ արժանապատիւ վերադարձի համար պայմանների ստեղծում։

• Համոզուած ենք, որ ռազմական գործողութիւնների եւ ցեղասպանական յանցագործութիւնների արդիւնքում ձեւաւորուած ստատուս քվոն չի կարող յանգեցնել կայուն խաղաղութեան։

Հ.Յ.Դաշնակցութիւնը հաւատարիմ է մնում ժողովրդավարութեան, արդարութեան եւ արժանապատիւ խաղաղութեան հաստատման միջազգային սկզբունքներին։
