Օգտակար մարզումներ ազդրի ցավի դեպքում

Բորնմութի համալսարանի և Դորսեթի համալսարանական հիվանդանոցի (UHD) մի խումբ աշխատակիցների հետազոտությունը բացահայտել է ազդրի ցավերը մեղմացնելու ամենահեռանկարային մեթոդը։ Պարզվել է, որ այս դեպքում հեծանվային մարզասարքի վրա խմբակային պարապմունքներն ավելի լավ են օգնում, քան սովորական ֆիզիոթերապիան։ Աշխատանքի արդյունքները հեղինակները ներկայացրել են The Lancet Rheumatology ամսագրում։
Փորձին ներգրավվել է կոնք-ազդրային հոդի օստեոարթրիտով 211 հիվանդ։ Ըստ բժշկական վիճակագրության, միայն Բրիտանիայում այս ախտորոշումն ունի 3,2 միլիոն մարդ, հայտնում է Planet Today-ը։ Օստեոարթրիտն առաջացնում է աճառային հյուսվածքի քայքայում, որն ուղեկցվում է ցավով և շարժունակության սահմանափակմամբ։
Կամավորներին բաժանել են երկու խմբի։ Առաջին խմբի մասնակիցներն անցել են ստանդարտ ֆիզիոթերապիա, իսկ մյուս խմբի անդամները՝ Chain անվանումով ութշաբաթյա ծրագիր, որտեղ հեծանվային մարզասարքի վրա մարզումները համակցվել են ֆիզիոթերապևտի հետ 30-րոպեանոց պարապմունքների հետ։
Հետազոտության հեղինակները նշում են, որ երկրորդ խմբում նկատվել է առողջական վիճակի զգալի բարելավում, այդ թվում՝ առօրյա շարժունակության մակարդակի աճ։ Գնահատումն իրականացվել է HOOS հարցաթերթիկի ADL (Activities of Daily Living) սանդղակի միջոցով, որն արտացոլում է թերապիայի ազդեցության տարբեր ասպեկտները օստեոարթրիտով հիվանդների կյանքի որակի վրա։
Մասնագետներն ընդգծում են, որ այս մեթոդը ցույց է տվել ավելի արտահայտված արդյունքներ՝ համեմատած սովորական ֆիզիոթերապիայի հետ, ինչպես նաև պատրաստ է ընդլայնման՝ առողջապահական համակարգի մի շարք խնդիրներ լուծելու համար։
