Տարածաշրջանային կոմունիկացիաներում այնպիսի ներգրավվածություն, որտեղ Հայաստանը կունենա նվազագույն ազդեցություն պայմանների վրա։

ՌԴ և Իրանի մտահոգությունները

Ռուսաստան․ Մոսկվայի համար սա ամերիկյան ազդեցության ամրապնդում է Հարավային Կովկասում՝ իր անվտանգության գոտում։ Հնարավոր է, որ ՌԴ-ն պատասխան քայլեր ձեռնարկի՝ գործարկելով տնտեսական և էներգետիկ լծակները Երևանի նկատմամբ։

Իրան․ Թեհրանը զգուշավոր է հատկապես Սյունիքով անցնող միջանցքի վերաբերյալ, քանի որ այն կարող է փոխել տարածաշրջանային տարանցիկ հավասարակշռությունը և թուլացնել Իրանի հյուսիսային սահմանների ռազմավարական նշանակությունը։ Թեհրանից անգամ բացեիբաց սպառնալիքներ են հնչում այս նախագիծը կյանքի կոչելու դեպքում։

Ընդհանուր սպասելիքներ առաջիկա ամիսներին

1. Ներքաղաքական լարվածության աճ՝ ընդդիմադիր և քաղաքացիական շրջանակների կողմից համաձայնագրի գաղտնի մասերի բացահայտման պահանջով։

2. Տարածաշրջանային դիրքավորումների փոփոխություն․ Բաքուն ու Անկարան կփորձեն արագացնել կոմունիկացիոն նախագծերի իրագործումը։

3. ՌԴ–Իրան հակազդեցություն՝ դիվանագիտական և տնտեսական ճնշման ձևերով, հնարավոր է նաև՝ ռազմական ներկայության ակտիվացում տարածաշրջանում։

4. Արևմտյան աջակցության պայմանավորվածություն՝ Հայաստանի համար նոր ֆինանսական փաթեթների և ծրագրերի տեսքով, սակայն՝ հստակ քաղաքական նախապայմաններով։
