КНДР осуждает планируемые совместные учения США и Южной Кореи

Пхеньян осуждает планируемые США и Южной Кореей совместные военные учения и предупреждает о негативных последствиях, об этом заявил министр обороны КНДР Но Гван Чхор.

«Мы решительно осуждаем провокационные действия США и РК, которые откровенно обнаруживают позицию военной конфронтации с КНДР и опять бросают серьезный вызов обстановке в обеспечении безопасности на Корейском полуострове и в регионе, и строго предупреждаем о негативных последствиях, которые их действия повлекут», - говорится в заявлении министра, опубликованном ЦТАК.

В Северной Корее назвали планируемые учения «непосредственной военной провокацией» против Пхеньяна и «угрозой, наращивающей непредсказуемость ситуации на Корейском полуострове.

Отмечается, что демонстрация вооруженных сил США и Республики Корея вызовет обратный эффект и приведет к более «небезопасной ситуации».

«Наши вооруженные силы будут с готовностью к последовательному и решительному ответу реагировать на военные учения США и РК, строго пользоваться суверенными правами на уровне права на самозащиту в ответ на любые провокационные действия», - заявили в КНДР.

Южная Корея и США планируют с 18 по 28 августа провести крупномасштабные военные учения Ulchi Freedom Shield 25 (UFS).

По данным агентства «Ренхап», около 20 из планируемых 40 полевых тренировок будут перенесены на сентябрь.
