POLITICSԳիշերը Հայաստան է ժամանել քաղաքական հարցերով առաջին կարգի միջազգային իրավաբան Ռոբերտ Ամստերդամը: Օդանավակայանում, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում փաստաբանը հայտարարեց՝ եկել է պաշտպանելու Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու, ՀԱԵ հետևորդ գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանի շահերը։
«Հայաստանում իմ առաքելությունն է` պաշտպանել Եկեղեցին, եկեղեցու զավակներին, Քրիստոսի զավակներին, ովքեր ապօրինաբար զրկվել են ազատությունից: Երբ մարդիկ հավատացյալ են, սիրում են իրենց եկեղեցին և իրենց երկիրը, ինչպես Սամվել Կարապետյանը, սակայն նրանց բիզնեսներն ապօրինաբար հարձակումների, «ռեյդի» են ենթարկվել, ուրեմն ինչ-որ բան այն չէ, եւ անհրաժեշտություն կա կառավարության և Եկեղեցու միջև երկխոսության: Ես հույս ունեմ, որ կսկսվի այդ երկխոսությունը, այդ մեղադրանքները կկարճվեն, և այդ գործընթացի արդյունքում Եկեղեցին կլինի պաշտպանված: Եկեղեցին Հայաստանում առանցքային նշանակություն է ունեցել եւ ունի լեզվի, կրոնի համար և բոլոր մարդկանց համար, ընդ որում, ոչ միայն Հայաստանի, այլ ողջ աշխարհի բոլոր քրիստոնյաների համար: Հավատացյալ բոլոր մարդիկ պետք է պաշտպանեն Եկեղեցին Հայաստանում»,- լրագրողներին ասաց հայտնի փաստաբանը։
Լրագրողներից մեկը հետաքրքրվեց՝ աշխարհում կա՞ այդպիսի նախադեպ, որ պետությունը պայքարի Եկեղեցու դեմ։ «Ես շատ հին փաստաբան եմ, ես պաշտպանում եմ Եկեղեցին Ուկրաինայում, ես պաշտպանել եմ ուղղափառ եկեղեցին 45 տարի առաջ: Դժբախտաբար, այսօր կա երկրների մի ամբողջ շարք, որոնցում Եկեղեցին հարձակման ներքո է: Ըստ իս՝ չկա ավելի սրբազան պարտականություն, քան Եկեղեցին պաշտպանելն է և իրավունքի գերիշխանությունը պաշտպանելը: Երբ տարիքդ առնում ես, կրոնը, Եկեղեցին և հավատքը տարիքին զուգընթաց ավելի կարևոր են դառնում: Դժբախտաբար, իշխանավորները, որոշ պարագաներին, Եկեղեցին ծառայեցնում են քաղաքական նպատակների, արտաքին քաղաքական նպատակների, փոխանակ դրան որպես պաշտամունքի վայրեր վերաբերվելու: Ուստի, սա ինձ համար շատ կարևոր գործ է, շատ կարևոր առաքելություն: Ես հասկանում եմ խնդրի զգայունությունը Հայաստանում, և այն փաստը, որ Հայաստանը դեռևս Ադրբեջանում ունի քրիստոնյա պատանդներ. ահա, թե ինչու եմ քայլ անում դեպի կառավարություն` երկխոսության և քննարկման համար»շ,- նշեց Ռոբերտ Ամստերդամը։
