Ամերիկացի սպառողները ստիպված կլինեն ծածկել ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի վարչակազմի կողմից սահմանված մաքսատուրքերի ծախսերը։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Bloomberg գործակալությունը՝ հղում անելով ամերիկյան Goldman Sachs Group ներդրումային ընկերության վերլուծությանը։

Փորձագետները կարծում են, որ ներկայումս Միացյալ Նահանգների մասնավոր բիզնեսն ստանձնել է մաքսատուրքերի պատճառով առաջացած ծախսերի 64%-ը, սակայն ժամանակի ընթացքում այս ֆինանսական բեռի ավելի ու ավելի մեծ մասը կփոխանցվի սպառողին։ Մասնավորապես, հունիսի դրությամբ ամերիկացիներն արդեն վճարել են նոր առևտրային սահմանափակումների հետ կապված ծախսերի 22%-ը, սակայն այդ ցուցանիշը կարող է աճել մինչև 67%։

Դրանից բացի, կանխատեսվում է, որ նման քաղաքականության արդյունքում ինֆլյացիան աստիճանաբար կաճի։ Փորձագետները կանխատեսում են, որ հիմնական սպառողական ծախսերի ինդեքսը, որը ինֆլյացիայի հիմնական ցուցանիշներից մեկն է, կաճի տարեկան 3,2%-ով, մինչդեռ առանց սակագների աճը կարող է կազմել 2,4%։

Ինչպես պնդում է Bloomberg-ը՝ մաքսատուրքերի ազդեցությունը ամերիկյան բիզնեսի վրա մնում է «ոչ միանշանակ». որոշ ընկերություններ էականորեն տուժել են, սակայն մյուս արտադրողներն օգտվել են իրավիճակից և բարձրացրել են գները, ինչը նաև արագացնում է ամերկյան շուկայի ինֆլյացիան։ Ինչ վերաբերում է արտասահմանյան արտահանողներին, ապա, ըստ Goldman Sachs Group-ի գնահատականների, մինչև 2025 թվականի հունիս նրանք ծածկել են սակագնային ծախսերի առնվազն 14%-ը, իսկ նրանց մասնաբաժինը կարող է աճել մինչև 25%։

Ապրիլի 2-ին Թրամփը հայտարարել է 185 երկրներից ու տարածքներից ապրանքների վրա մաքսատուրքեր սահմանելու մասին։ Օգոստոսի 1-ին նա ստորագրել է հրամանագիր՝ ավելի քան 60 երկրների և Եվրամիության դեմ 15%-ից մինչև 41% մաքսատուրքեր սահմանելու մասին։ Դրանք ուժի մեջ են մտել օգոստոսի 7-ին։
