Էրդողանը Վաշինգտոնից պահանջել է ընտրություն կատարել իր եւ քրդերի միջեւ

Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը գտնում է, որ ԱՄՆ-ի իշխանությունները պետք է իրենց համար որպես գործընկեր ընտրություն կատարեն թուրքական իշխանությունների եւ Սիրիայում ահաբեկիչների դեմ կռվող քրդական «Դեմոկրատական միության» (PYD) միջեւ:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով «Ասոշիեյթեդ պրես» լրատվական գործակալությունը, նման կարծիք Էրդողանն արտահայտել է` մեկնաբանելով մեկ շաբաթ առաջ ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահի դեսպանորդի այցը սիրիական Քոբանի քաղաք, որը գտնվում է PYD-ի վերահսկողության տակ:
Անկարան PYD-ին համարում է իր կողմից ահաբեկչական համարվող Քրդստանի աշխատավորական կուսակցության (PKK) գործընկեր: Վաշինգտոնն իր հերթին բաժանում է այդ երկու կազմակերպություններին եւ սատարում է Սիրիայում կռվող քրդերին:
«Ինչպե՞ս կարող ենք մենք վստահել ձեզ (ԱՄՆ-ին): Կամ ես եմ ձեր գործընկերը, կամ Քոբանիի ահաբեկիչները», -հայտարարել է Էրդողանը:
«Իսլամական պետություն» (ԻՊ) ահաբեկչական խմբավորման դեմ պայքարում միջազգային կոալիցիայում ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ Բարաք Օբամայի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Բրեթ Մակգուրքնշը նախանցյալ կիրակի այցելել էր Սիրիայում քրդերի վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող տարածքներ, այդ թվում` Քոբանի, որտեղ բանակցություններ էր անցկացրել քուրդ-արաբական դաշինքի ներկայացուցիչների հետ:
Այն բանից հետո, երբ քուրդ ապստամբներին 2015 թվականի փետրվարին հաջողվել էր Թուրքիայի հետ սահմանում գտնվող Քոբանիից դուրս մղել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում արգելված ԻՊ-ին, Անկարայում սկսել են վախենալ սեփական տարածքում քրդերի ուժեղացումից: Էրդողանը խզել է PKK-ի հետ չհայտարարված հաշտությունը եւ մի քանի մասշտաբային հատուկ գործողություններ է անցկացրել ընդհատակի դեմ, որոնց ընթացքում անցյալ տարվա ամռանից զոհվել են ավելի քան 257 իրավապահներ:
Թուրքիան նաեւ բազմիցս հանդես է եկել Ժնեւում միջսիրիական բանակցային գործընթացում սիրիացի քրդերի մասնակցության դեմ: Ռուսաստանն, իր հերթին, պաշտպանել է այդ բանակցություններում քրդերի մասնակցությունը:
