Իրանի արտգործնախարար Աբբաս Արաղչին ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի արդյունքում առաջարկվող նոր տրանսպորտային միջանցքը չպետք է խոչընդոտի Իրանի մուտքը այլ տարանցիկ ուղիներ, հաղորդում է Tasnim գործակալությունը։
Իր հայ գործընկեր Արարատ Միրզոյանի հետ հեռախոսազրույցում Արաղչին ողջունել է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության համաձայնագրի կնքումը, հաղորդում են իրանական լրատվամիջոցները։
Տրանսպորտային ուղիների վերաբերյալ Իրանի կասկածները հայտնելով՝ արտգործնախարարը շեշտել է, որ նոր միջանցքը, որը նախատեսված է Ադրբեջանը Նախիջևանի հետ կապելու և Միացյալ Նահանգներին 99 տարվա վարձակալության իրավունք տրամադրելու համար Հայաստանի հարավում այդ երթուղին զարգացնելու համար, չպետք է հանգեցնի տարածաշրջանի աշխարհաքաղաքականության որևէ փոփոխության կամ Իրանին կտրի այլ երկրներից։
Արաղչին ընդգծել է, որ այս հարցում ցանկացած որոշում կամ միջոց պետք է ընդունվի բոլոր երկրների ազգային ինքնիշխանության և տարածքային ամբողջականության պահպանմանը համապատասխան։ Նրա գնահատմամբ՝ միջանցք ստեղծելու ցանկացած համաձայնագիր կամ ծրագիր պետք է համապատասխանի տարածաշրջանի պետությունների կայունության և անվտանգության պահանջներին։
Իր հերթին, Միրզոյանը Արաղչիին տեղեկացրել է Ադրբեջանի հետ իր երկրի խաղաղության պայմանագրի և նոր միջանցքի ստեղծմանն առնչվող վերջին զարգացումների մասին, ընդգծում է Tasnim-ը։
Շեշտելով Իրանի տեսակետների կարևորությունը աշխարհաքաղաքական հարցերի, տարածաշրջանային խաղաղության և կայունության, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի ազգային ինքնիշխանության և տարածքային ամբողջականության նկատմամբ հարգանքի վերաբերյալ, նա վստահեցրել է, որ տրանսպորտային երթուղիների վերաբերյալ ցանկացած որոշում ընդունելիս Երևանը հաշվի կառնի տարածաշրջանային խաղաղությունը և Իրանի փոխադարձ շահերը։ Միրզոյանը հավելել է, որ Հայաստանն առաջնահերթություն է տալիս Իրանի հետ իր բարեկամական կապերի պաշտպանությանը, որոնք հիմնված են բարիդրացիության և փոխադարձ շահերի վրա։
