Ռուս գործարարը գնում է Fabergé ապրանքանիշը 50 միլիոն դոլարով

Fabergé ոսկերչական ապրանքանիշը, որը հայտնի է իր կայսերական զատկական ձվերով, ձեռք է բերվել տեխնոլոգիական ձեռնարկատեր Սերգեյ Մոսունովի սեփականության տակ գտնվող SMG Capital ներդրումային ընկերության կողմից՝ 50 միլիոն դոլարի գործարքով, հաղորդում է The Guardian-ը։
Նախկինում ապրանքանիշը պատկանում էր Gemfields ընկերությանը, որը մասնագիտացած է Աֆրիկայում գունավոր թանկարժեք քարերի արդյունահանման մեջ, որը 2013 թվականին գնել է Fabergé-ն 142 միլիոն դոլարով, բայց ընկերությունը վաճառքի է հանել 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերին՝ Մոզամբիկում քաղաքական անկայունության և ռուբինի հանքում աշխատանքների դադարեցման ֆոնին։
Fabergé-ն աշխարհի ամենահայտնի ոսկերչական տներից մեկն է, որը հիմնադրվել է 1842 թվականին և վերափոխվել Պիտեր Կառլ Ֆաբերժեի կողմից 1882 թվականին։ Չնայած իր հարուստ ժառանգությանը, ապրանքանիշը դժվարությունների է հանդիպել շքեղ ապրանքների շուկայի անկման պատճառով։ 2024 թվականին նրա եկամուտը կազմել է 13.4 միլիոն դոլար, նախորդ տարվա 15.7 միլիոն դոլարի համեմատ։
Gemfields-ի գործադիր տնօրեն Շոն Գիլբերտսոնը վաճառքը որակեց որպես «դարաշրջանի ավարտ»՝ ընդգծելով Fabergé-ի կարևոր դերը գունավոր թանկարժեք քարերի առաջխաղացման գործում։
SMG Capital-ի սեփականատեր և Մեծ Բրիտանիայում բնակվող ռուս գործարար Սերգեյ Մոսունովը գործարքը անվանեց «մեծ պատիվ» և արտահայտեց իր մտադրությունը՝ ամրապնդելու ապրանքանիշի դիրքերը համաշխարհային շքեղության շուկայում։
Fabergé-ն հատկապես հայտնի է իր նրբագեղ Զատկի ձվերով, որոնք պատրաստվել են Ռուսաստանի կայսերական ընտանիքի համար 1917 թվականի հեղափոխությունից առաջ։ Առաջին նման նվերը կայսր Ալեքսանդր III-ը պատվիրել է իր կնոջ՝ թագուհի Մարիա Ֆեոդորովնայի համար 1885 թվականին։ Աշխարհում մնացել է մոտ 50 նման ձու։
Հեղափոխությունից հետո Fabergé-ի գործարանը փակվեց, և ընտանիքը փախավ Ռուսաստանից։ Ապրանքանիշը 20-րդ դարի ընթացքում բազմաթիվ վերածնունդներ և սեփականատիրոջ փոփոխություններ է ապրել, այդ թվում՝ հարյուր միլիոնավոր դոլարների արժողությամբ վաճառքներ։ Fabergé-ի տեսականին ներառում է ոչ միայն Զատկի ձվեր, այլև հավաքորդական զարդեր, ժամացույցներ և թանկարժեք քարերի արձանիկներ։
Gemfields-ը նախատեսում է ստացված եկամուտն օգտագործել Մոզամբիկում և Զամբիայում հանքարդյունաբերական նախագծերի զարգացման համար։ Gemfields-ի բաժնետոմսերը 2023 թվականի իրենց գագաթնակետից նվազել են մոտ 70%-ով՝ շուկայում զմրուխտի գերմատակարարման պատճառով, իսկ Մոզամբիկում նոր հանքի կառուցումը հետաձգվել է անօրինական արդյունահանման և թույլտվությունների հետ կապված խնդիրների պատճառով։
