Հնդկաստանի քայլը՝ օրինակ նաև Հայաստանի համար

Հնդկաստանի քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ Իջևանում տեղի ունեցած ապօրինությունը, ինչպես նաև դրան Հնդկաստանի իշխանությունների արձագանքը, վկայում է, թե ինչպիսին պետք է լինի պետության հոգածությունը իր քաղաքացիների հանդեպ։ Դատախազությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել Իջևանի կարի արտադրամասում՝ զենքի գործադրմամբ ու սպառնալիքներով ֆիզիկական և հոգեկան ներգործության, ինչպես նաև ապօրինի զենք ձեռք բերելու հոդվածներով։
Օրեր շարունակ Իջևանում «Իջգրանդտեքստիլօպս» ռուսական ընկերության հնդկաստանցի աշխատակիցները գործադուլ էին անում, հայտարարելով, թե տնօրինությունը իրենց հասանելիք 3 ամսվա աշխատավարձը չի վճարում։ Բարձրաձայնում էին անմարդկային վերաբերմունքի, տնօրենի կողմից իրենց զենքով սպառնալու դեպքերի մասին։ Հնդիկ աշխատողները նշում են, թե ցանկանում են իրենց աշխատավարձը Հնդկաստան վերադառնալու համար, բայց սեփականատերը ստիպում է աշխատել ատրճանակի սպառնալիքի տակ։
Նախօրեին արտադրամաս էր ժամանել Հայաստանում Հնդկաստանի հյուպատոսը, ավելի քան 5 ժամ բանակցություններ վարել գործարանի տնօրինության հետ։ Դեսպանատունը չի հայտնում, թե ինչ են ի վերջո որոշել, բայց և Գլխավոր դատախազությունը անհապաղ քրեական գործ է հարուցել։ Թեպետ գործարանի տնօրենը մինչ օրս պնդում է, թե որևէ կերպ աշխատավարձերը չի ուշացել, ինչպես նաև անմարդկային վերաբերմունք չի ցուցադրել հնդիկ աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ, ակնհայտ է, որ որոշ դեպքերում շատ գործատուներ փորձում են օգտագործել Հայաստան ժամանած հնդիկների սոցիալական և քաղաքական խոցելի վիճակը և շահագործել նրանց, բայց և Հնդկաստանն էլ, ինչպես ասում են, «կորած պետություն չէ» և անմիջապես արձագանքում է նման դեպքերի, երբ բողոքի գործողություններ կամ ահազանգեր են հնչեցվում։ Ըստ ամենայնի, Հնդկաստանին կհաջողվի հասնել իր քաղաքացիների իրավունքի լիակատար պաշտպանությանը, իսկ դա պետք է օրինակ լինի նաև Հայաստանի համար՝ այլ երկրներում սեփական քաղաքացիներին աներկբա կերպով պաշտպանելու հարցում։
