Ուկրաինայի նախարարների կաբինետը որոշել է վերսկսել Լվովի, Իվանո-Ֆրանկովսկի և Չեռնովցիի մարզերում գտնվող Մեժիհիրյա և Սվիչանսկի հանքավայրերում ածխաջրածինների բաշխման մրցույթները, ըստ РБК-Украина-ի՝ հայտարարել է վարչապետ Յուլիա Սվիրիդենկոն։

Ինչպես նշել է Սվիրիդենկոն, այդ որոշումն ընդունվել է ըստ ներդրումային վերականգնման հիմնադրամի ստեղծման մասին ամերիկա-ուկրաինական համաձայնագրի դրույթների։

«Պայմանները թարմացվել են՝ ամերիկյան գործընկերոջը իրավունք տալով գնել արտադրանքը և երաշխիքով, որ մյուս մասնակիցներին ավելի բարենպաստ պայմաններ չեն առաջարկվի»,- նշել է Ուկրաինայի վարչապետը։

Սվիրիդենկոն հայտնել է նաև, որ Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությանը և Պետական երկրաբանության և ընդերքի օգտագործման ծառայությանը հանձնարարել է աուդիտ անցկացնել ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող հանքավայրերի թույլտվություններ ստացած բոլոր ընդերքօգտագործողների մոտ։

«Մենք մտադիր ենք ստուգել՝ ով է իրականում աշխատում, և ով ունի արտոնագրեր՝ առանց արդյունահանման։ Նման օբյեկտները պետք է կամ արդյունք տան, կամ վերադառնան աճուրդի՝ բարեխիղճ ներդրողների համար»,- պարզաբանել է վարչապետը։

Նա ընդգծել է, որ Ուկրաինայի բնական պաշարները պետք է աշխատեն պետության տնտեսության համար։

Մայիսի 1-ին Ուկրաինան և Միացյալ Նահանգները ընդերքի պաշարների վերաբերյալ համաձայնագիր ստորագրեցին, որը նախատեսում է ներդրումային հիմնադրամի ստեղծում, և որը կհամալրվի ուկրաինական հանքանյութերի վաճառքով։

Սվիրիդենկոն նշել է, որ փաստաթուղթը Ուկրաինայի համար հիմնական դրույթներ է պարունակում և օգտակար է երկու կողմերի համար։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, ընդերքը մնում է պետության սեփականությունը։

Ըստ նրա՝ ուկրաինա-ամերիկյան ներդրումային վերականգնման հիմնադրամը կարող է սկսել աշխատել Գերագույն ռադայի կողմից համաձայնագրի վավերացումից մեկ կամ մեկուկես ամիս անց։
