«In Whose Name?» պայթյունավտանգ վավերագրական ֆիլմը խոստանում է բացահայտել Քանյե Ուեսթի կյանքի ամենացավոտ և սկանդալային պահերը՝ Քիմ Քարդաշյանի հետ բաժանումից մինչև նրա հոգեկան առողջության մասին ցնցող խոստովանությունները։
Երեկ թողարկված թրեյլերում հեռուստադիտողները տեսան Քիմի հազվագյուտ կադրերը, որտեղ նա արցունքներով աչքերին ասում է Ուեսթին. «Քո անհատականությունը մի քանի տարի առաջ տարբեր էր»։ Ռեփերը, որն այժմ իրեն անվանում է Ե, ասում է, որ հինգ ամիս չի ընդունել իր դեղորայքը, իսկ ավելի ուշ խոստովանում է. «Ես կնախընտրեի մեռնել, քան դեղահաբեր ընդունել»։ Լարվածությունը մեծանում է, երբ Քիմը փորձում է հանգստացնել իր զայրացած ամուսնուն, որը լսել էր, թե ինչպես է նա ասում, որ մի օր նա «կարթնանա և ոչինչ չի ունենա»։ «Մենք կարող ենք դրա մասին խոսել ավելի ուշ, բայց...» սկսում է նա, բայց Քանյեն կտրուկ ընդհատում է. «Բայցեր չկան»։ Ֆիլմը նաև պատկերում է նրա անհաջող նախագահական քարոզարշավը և նրա հուզական փլուզումը 2019 թվականի կիրակի օրվա հանրահավաքում։
«Կամ նրանք կոչնչացնեն ինձ, կամ ես կոչնչացնեմ նրանց։ Նրանք սպանում են մեր՝ շրջանակից դուրս մտածելու ունակությունը», - գոռում է Ուեսթը։
Ֆիլմի նկարահանումները տևել են վեց տարի: «Whose Name?» ֆիլմի պրեմիերան կկայանա սեպտեմբերի 19-ին AMC, Regal և Cinemark կինոթատրոններում։
Քիմն ու Քանյեն ամուսնացած են եղել գրեթե յոթ տարի, մինչև 2022 թվականին ամուսնալուծվելը։ Նրանք ունեն չորս երեխա՝ Նորթը, Սեյնթը, Չիկագոն և Փսալմը։ Ռեփերն այժմ ամուսնացած է Բիանկա Ցենսորիի հետ, ում նա վերագրում է իրեն օգնելը հասկանալու, որ ինքը աուտիզմ ունի, այլ ոչ թե երկբևեռ խանգարում։
