Ցածրակարգ շտապողականություն է, դատավոր Արմինե Մելիքսեթյանը հանդես եկավ որպես ոչ արդար դատարան։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 15–ին, Միքայել Սրբազանի գործով դատական նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց պաշտպաններից Մարինե Ֆարմանյանը՝ անդրադառնալով դատավորի որոշմանը՝ իրար հետեւից դատական նիստեր նշանակելուն։
«Քաղաքական ակնհայտ ճնշում կա եւ ամբողջ սցենարը պատրաստի վիճակում բերվել է դատարան»,– ասաց պաշտպանը։
Մյուս պաշտպանը՝ Երեմ Սարգսյանը, էլ նշեց, որ իրավապահները քաղաքական պատվեր են կատարում. «Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը գրառում է անում Միքայել Սրբազանի մասին, նույն օրը Գլխավոր դատախազությունն ուսումնասիրություն է սկսում»։
Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության, Միքայել արքեպիսկոպոս Աջապահյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա ունենալով արքեպիսկոպոսի հոգևոր աստիճան և հանդիսանալով Հայ Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու Շիրակի թեմի առաջնորդը, պարբերաբար հրապարակային ելույթներով հանդես գալով զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցներով, ունենալով մեծ թվով հետևորդներ և հետևաբար նաև՝ իր խոսքով հասարակության անդամների վարքագիծն ուղղորդելու զգալի հնարավորություն, համաձայն չլինելով ներքին և արտաքին քաղաքականության հետ կապված հարցերի վերաբերյալ ՀՀ կառավարության դիրքորոշումների օգտագործելով զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցները, տեղեկատվական ու հաղորդակցական տեխնոլոգիաները, նախ՝ 2024թվականի փետրվարի 3-ին՝ ապա նաև՝ 2025թվականի հունիսի 21-ին, զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցների ներկայացուցիչներին տրված հարցազրույցների ընթացքում հնչեցրել է իշխանությունը զավթելուն ուղղված հրապարակային կոչեր։
