Կրակոցներ Արարատի մարզում, կա վիրավոր. պատճառը հայտնի է

SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով օգոստոսի 8-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում։ Ժամը 23։00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Արարատի մարզային քրեական վարչությունում և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Վեդիի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ Վանաշեն գյուղում հարձակվել են տներից մեկի վրա և հնչել են կրակոցներ։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, Արարատի մարզային քրեական վարչության ծառայողները՝ վարչության պետ Սարիբեկ Ռուստամյանի և համայնքային ոստիկանության Վեդիի բաժնի ծառայողները՝ բաժնի պետ Ֆիլիպպ Ստեփանյանի գլխավորությամբ համատեղ ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումների շնորհիվ պարզել են, որ օգոստոսի 8-ին ժամը 22։00-ի սահմաններում Վանաշեն գյուղի գյուղամիջյան ավտոճանապարհին գտնվող ավտոլվացման կետի մոտ մեքենան վարելու շուրջ վիճաբանություն է ծագել Արարատի մարզի բնակիչներ 31-ամյա Մանուկ Հ․-ի, 30-ամյա Արման Հ․-ի և 45-ամյա Գագիկ Ք․-ի միջև, որի ժամանակ վերջիններս քաշքշել են միմյանց և հեռացել։
Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով այնուհետև ժամը 23։00-ի սահմաններում Գագիկ Ք․-ն իր մոտ ապօրինի պահվող ինքնաձիգից կրակահերթ է արձակել Մանուկ Հ․-ին պատկանող «Opel» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վրա ու այդ ընթացքում Մանուկ և Արման Հ․-երը դուրս են եկել փողոց, որից հետո Գագիկ Ք․-ն շարունակել է ինքնաձիգից կրակահերթ արձակել վերջիններիս ուղղությամբ, որի ժամանակ էլ Մանուկ Հ․-ն ստանալով հրազենային վնասվածք տեղափոխվել է «Վեդի» բժշկական կենտրոն։
Ոստիկանների կողմից Գագիկ Ք․-ն ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել է Արարատի մարզային քրեական վարչություն և ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող ինքնաձիգը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
Դեպքի փաստով կազմվել են փաստաթղթեր, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վեդիի քննչական բաժին։
