BRICS երկրների բոլոր ղեկավարները կարող են հանդես գալ` որպես միասնական ճակատ և աջակցել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և Միացյալ Նահանգների նախագահների խաղաղության նախաձեռնություններին՝ այդպիսով վճռական և համապարփակ ճնշում գործադրելով պատերազմ հրահրողների վրա: Այս մասին SMI2 լրատվական ագրեգատորի խմբագրական խորհրդի հետ զրույցում հայտարարել է հայազգի խոշոր հասարակական գործիչ, Ռուսաստանի վաստակավոր շինարար, Տյումենում Հայաստանի պատվավոր հյուպատոս Աբրահամ Հովեյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ չնայած ամենաբարձր մակարդակով հանդիպումը խափանելու բազմաթիվ փորձերին՝ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը և Դոնալդ Թրամփը հանդիպել են օգոստոսի 15-ին Անքորիջում (Ալյասկա, ԱՄՆ), ինչը մոտալուտ խաղաղության հույս է ներշնչել:
«Մենք չենք կարող չուրախանալ այն փաստով, որ երկխոսությունը տեղի է ունեցել հանգիստ՝ առանց վերջնագրերի, և, կարծես, նախագահ Թրամփը լսել է Ռուսաստանի պայմանները Ուկրաինայում հակամարտությունը դադարեցնելու համար: ԱՄՆ նախագահը հրաժարվել է Ռուսաստանի վրա հետագա ճնշում գործադրել և խաղաղության հասնելու պատասխանատվությունը դրել է ԵՄ երկրների և Կիևի վրա: Այստեղ երկու առաջնորդների դիրքորոշումները լիովին համընկել են», - կարծում է Աբրահամ Հովեյանը:
Նա նշել է, որ Պուտինի և Թրամփի միջև ձեռք բերված համաձայնությունները բացում են ճանապարհը նախևառաջ ռուս-ամերիկյան հարաբերությունների վերականգնման և, որպես արդյունք, նաև ուկրաինական ճգնաժամի ավարտի համար։ Աբրահամ Հովեյանը վստահ է, որ ռուս-ամերիկյան հարաբերությունների ջերմացումը շատ դրական ազդեցություն կունենա Հայաստանի վրա։ Նա նշել է, որ երկու միջուկային տերությունների ղեկավարները համեմատել են դիրքորոշումները Երևանի և Բաքվի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման և «Թրամփ կամուրջ» նախագծի վերաբերյալ։ Մոսկվան, ինչպես Անքորիջում գագաթնաժողովից հետո հայտարարեց Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկը, աջակցում է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև երկխոսությանը, ինչպես նաև երկու երկրների ժողովուրդների շահերից բխող համատեղ նախագծերին։
«Ռուսաստանի առաջնորդն ասել է, որ տեսնում է ԱՄՆ վարչակազմի և անձամբ նախագահ Թրամփի ցանկությունը՝ նպաստելու ուկրաինական հակամարտության կարգավորմանը, խորանալու էության մեջ և հասկանալու դրա ծագումը։ Սա չի կարող չողջունվել։ Մոսկվան նույնպես, ինչպես նշել է Պուտինը, հետաքրքրված է Ուկրաինայի ճգնաժամի երկարաժամկետ կարգավորմամբ։ Կիևին և եվրոպական մայրաքաղաքներին մնում է աջակցել Թրամփի խաղաղապահ առաքելությանը, այլ ոչ թե, ինչպես միշտ, սեպ խրել անիվի մեջ», - ասել է Աբրահամ Հովեյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ պարզ է, որ մեկ հանդիպումը չի լուծի համաշխարհային խնդիրները։
«Բայց, ինչպես ասում են, «հազար մղոն ճանապարհը սկսվում է մեկ քայլից»։ Մենք բոլորս պետք է աջակցենք Ռուսաստանի և Միացյալ Նահանգների առաջնորդներին, յուրաքանչյուր խոսքով և գործով մոտեցնենք երկար սպասված խաղաղությունը։ Այսօր ես կոչ եմ անում ձեզ ձեր բոլոր ջանքերը ներդնել եղբայրասպան պատերազմների դադարեցման գործում, և ցանկացած պատերազմների։ Ես նաև կոչ եմ անում լրատվամիջոցներին և, այսպես կոչված, «հասարակական կարծիքն առաջնորդողներին» ցուցաբերել խոհեմություն, չսադրել ճգնաժամեր, այլ խոսել խաղաղության մասին՝ այն դարձնելով անխուսափելի, և դրանով իսկ աջակցել Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և Դոնալդ Թրամփի ջանքերին», - ամփոփել է Աբրահամ Հովեյանը։
