Հայաստան. ժողովրդավարությո՞ւն, թե՞ կառավարվող ճգնաժամ․ ինչ է թաքնված կալանքների ու պայմանագրերի հետևում

Հայաստանում վերջին շաբաթների իրադարձությունները բացում են մտահոգիչ պատկեր․ իրավական և քաղաքական գործընթացները սկսում են ծառայել ոչ թե հանրային շահին, այլ իշխանության պահպանման օրակարգին։ Եկեղեցականների և գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանի կալանքների երկարացումը, ՀԷՑ-ի պետականացման դատական փակուղին, ինչպես նաև Վաշինգտոնում նախաստորագրված հայ-ադրբեջանական փաստաթուղթը ցույց են տալիս մի ամբողջ շղթա, որտեղ ներքին ճնշումները և արտաքին կախվածությունները միահյուսվում են։
Եկեղեցու և բիզնեսի դեմ գործերը՝ որպես քաղաքական գործիք
Դատարանների կողմից հոգևորականների և Սամվել Կարապետյանի կալանքների երկարացումը ակնհայտ քաղաքական ենթատեքստ ունի։ Իշխանությունները փաստացի նախընտրել են ուժային միջոցներով սահմանափակել այն կենտրոնները, որոնք կարող են հասարակության մեջ կրել այլընտրանքային ազդեցություն։ 2026 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ սա ավելի ու ավելի է հիշեցնում մրցակցային դաշտի արհեստական «մաքրում»։
ՀԷՑ պետականացում․ տնտեսություն, թե՞ քաղաքական հաշվեհարդար
ՀԷՑ-ի պետականացման գործընթացը, որը ներկայացվում էր որպես «պետական վերահսկողության վերականգնում», միջազգային արբիտրաժում բախվեց խիստ սահմանափակումների։ Դատարանն արգելեց կառավարության քայլերը, իսկ ներդրումային համայնքի մոտ ձևավորվեց Հայաստանի նկատմամբ անվստահություն։ Տպավորությունն այնպիսին է, որ էներգետիկ կարևորագույն օբյեկտի շուրջ որոշումները պայմանավորված են ոչ այնքան ռազմավարական ծրագրերով, որքան ներքաղաքական հաշվարկներով։
Վաշինգտոնյան փաստաթուղթ․ արտաքին կախվածության նոր թակարդ
Օգոստոսին Վաշինգտոնում Փաշինյան-Ալիև փաստաթղթի նախաստորագրումը հնչեց որպես «խաղաղության ուղի», սակայն դրա ներսում ամրագրված են դրույթներ, որոնք խորացնում են Հայաստանի կախվածությունը արտաքին ուժերից։ ԱՄՆ հովանավորությամբ հաղորդակցական նախագծերը մի կողմից ձևավորում են տնտեսական անիրատեսական խոստումներ, մյուս կողմից՝ բերում են Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի բաց դժգոհությանը։ Հայաստանը հայտնվում է աշխարհաքաղաքական ճնշումների եռանկյունում՝ առանց իրական անվտանգության երաշխիքների։
Հայաստանը կանգնած է բարդ ընտրության առաջ․ դատարանները դառնում են քաղաքական գործիք, տնտեսությունը՝ հաշվեհարդարի միջոց, իսկ արտաքին քաղաքականությունը՝ մեծ տերությունների շահերի խաղադաշտ։ Վաղուց արդեն երկրում ժողովրդավարությունից աստիճանաբար անցում է կատարվում դեպի տոտալ բռնապետություն։
2026 թվականի ընտրությունները լինելու են ոչ միայն իշխանության հերթական փորձությունը, այլ նաև երկրի՝ անկախ և ինքնիշխան պետություն մնալու քննությունը։
