Ուսանողներից կաշառք ստանալու մեջ մեղադրվող քոլեջի տնօրենի պաշտոնավարումը կասեցվել է. քրվարույթն ուղարկվել է դատարան

ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում քննված քրեական վարույթով իրականացված նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 2019 թվականից Ճարտարապետության և շինարարության Հայաստանի ազգային համալսարանի քոլեջի տնօրենի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած անձը, օգտագործելով իր ծառայողական լիազորություններն ու ազդեցությունը, նույն քոլեջի ուսանողներից մեկի օգտին գործողություն կատարելու, այն է՝ վերջինիս կողմից ուսումնական և գործնական դասընթացներին չհաճախելու պայմաններում նրան անհրաժեշտ գնահատականներ նշանակելու և ավարտական ատեստատ տրամադրելու հարցի շուրջ դասախոսների հետ պայմանավորվածություններ ձեռք բերելու դիմաց, նրանից պահանջել և ստացել է կաշառք: Այս մասին հայտնում են Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեից։
Նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է նաև, որ քոլեջի տնօրենը ուսանողներից ևս մեկին ցածր առաջադիմության պայմաններում հաջորդ ուսումնական տարի փոխադրելու նպատակով բարձր գնահատականներ նշանակելու համար միջնորդի միջոցով ուսանողի ծնողից ստացել է կաշառք:
Բացի այդ, նույն պաշտոնատար անձը, իր ծառայողական լիազորություններն ու դրանցով պայմանավորված ազդեցությունն օգտագործելով քոլեջի մեկ այլ ուսանողի բացակայությունները չարձանագրելու և հաջորդ ուսումնական տարի փոխադրելու նպատակով բարձր գնահատականներ նշանակելու համար, հիշյալ ուսանողի ծնողից նույնպես ստացել է կաշառք:
Ուսանողներից կաշառք պահանջելու և ստանալու համար քոլեջի տնօրենին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 435-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով (3 դրվագ), կաշառք տվողներին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 436-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով իսկ կաշառքի միջնորդություն կատարած անձին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 437-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Քոլեջի տնօրենի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել տնային կալանքը և պաշտոնավարման կասեցումը, կաշառք տված անձանցից մեկի նկատմամբ՝ տնային կալանքը:
Քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և վարույթի նյութերը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել են ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան:
