Հայաստանն ու Իրանը համաձայնության են եկել Արաքս գետի վրայով երկրորդ կամրջի կառուցման հարցում

Հայաստանն ու Իրանը պայմանավորվել են Արաքս գետի վրա երկրորդ կամուրջը կառուցելու վերաբերյալ։ Այդ մասին Tasnim-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտնել է Իրանի ճանապարհների և քաղաքային զարգացման նախարար Ֆարզանե Սադեղը, ով գտնվում է Երևանում՝ ԻԻՀ պաշտոնական պատվիրակության կազմում։
Ինչպես նշել է Սադեգը, նախնական համաձայնություններ են ձեռք բերվել Նորադուզում երկրորդ կամրջի կառուցման, գոյություն ունեցող կամրջի վերակառուցման, սահմանային տերմինալների բարելավման և բեռնատարների համար նախատեսված տուրքերի վերանայման վերաբերյալ։
«Այս քայլերը կհեշտացնեն բեռնափոխադրողների աշխատանքը և կձևավորեն լիարժեք տարանցիկ փաթեթ։ Փաթեթը կամբողջացվի առաջիկա ամիսներին», — ասել է նախարարը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձվում երկաթուղային նախագծերին։ Սադեղը ընդգծել է, որ Պարսից ծոցը Սև ծովին կապող երկաթուղային գիծը ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունի։ Իրանում ճանապարհն արդեն հասնում է Ջուլֆա, նաև հաստատվել է Ջուլֆա-Երևան երթուղին։
Բացի այդ, կողմերը պատրաստվում են ավիափոխադրումների ոլորտում հուշագիր ստեղծել։ Հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանի դեպի ծով ելքի բացակայությունը՝ օրակարգում ներառված է նաև նավահանգստային ենթակառուցվածքի ոլորտում համագործակցություն։ Դրա համար նախատեսվում է օգտագործել Պարսից ծոցի և Օմանի ծովի ափերին գտնվող հարավային իրանական նավահանգիստների լոգիստիկ ներուժը։
«Այս նախաձեռնությունները ամուր հիմք կստեղծեն Իրանի, Հայաստանի, Եվրոպայի և Արևելյան Ասիայի միջև տարանցիկ փոխադրումների զարգացման համար», — նշել է Սադեղը։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, Երևանում համաձայնեցվել է նաև Պարսից ծոց-Սև ծով ավտոմոբիլային և երկաթուղային միջանցքի զարգացման վերաբերյալ համաձայնագիրը։
