Սեպտեմբերից կներդրվի ժամանակավոր անաշխատունակության և մայրության նպաստների նշանակման նոր կարգ

Սեպտեմբեր ամսից ժամանակավոր անաշխատունակության և մայրության նպաստները կնշանակվեն, կհաշվարկվեն և կվճարվեն Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայության կողմից․ քաղաքացին որևէ դիմում կամ փաստաթուղթ ներկայացնելու կարիք չի ունենա: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունից:
«Մինչ այս եղած կարգավորումների համաձայն՝ ժամանակավոր անաշխատունակության կամ մայրության նպաստի նշանակման, հաշվարկման և վճարման համար վարձու աշխատողը ժամանակավոր անաշխատունակության թերթիկը ներկայացնում էր գործատուին, որի հիման վրա վերջինս հաշվարկում, նշանակում և իր միջոցների հաշվին վճարում էր նպաստը։ Ընդ որում՝ պետական բյուջեից գործատուի ծախսը փոխհատուցվում էր՝ մայրության նպաստի ամբողջ գումարի չափով, իսկ ժամանակավոր անաշխատունակության նպաստի՝ 6-րդ օրվանից հետո ընկած ժամանակահատվածի համար վճարված գումարի չափով:
Անհատ ձեռնարկատերը նպաստ նշանակելու, հաշվարկելու և վճարելու համար Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայություն էր ներկայացնում թե՛ ժամանակավոր անաշխատունակության թերթիկ, թե՛ իր եկամուտների մասին տեղեկատվություն: Այսինքն, մինչ այս եղած համակարգը հիմնված է փաստաթղթաշրջանառության վրա, այն դեպքում, որ այդ փաստաթղթերով տրամադրվող տվյալներն առկա են պետական մարմինների կողմից վարվող տեղեկատվական բազաներում:
Նոր համակարգով սեպտեմբեր ամսից Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայությունը նպաստները կնշանակի, կհաշվարկի անաշխատունակության վերաբերյալ էլեկտրոնային առողջապահական համակարգից և եկամուտների վերաբերյալ հարկային մարմնի կողմից վարվող տեղեկատվական համակարգից ինքնաշխատ եղանակով ստացված տվյալների հիման վրա:
Սեպտեմբեր ամսից անաշխատունակության թերթիկներն այլևս չեն կիրառվի, դրանք քաղաքացիներին կտրվեն միայն բացառիկ դեպքերում (օրինակ` օտարերկրյա պետության լիազոր մարմնին ներկայացնելու համար)»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
