Բագրատ Սրբազանի և շարժման մյուս մասնակիցների գործով դատական հաջորդ նիստը տեղի կունենա վաղը

Երևանի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության քրեական դատարանի Կենտրոնի նստավայրում ավարտվեց «Սրբազան շարժման» առաջնորդ Բագրատ Սրբազանի և շարժման մյուս մասնակիցների գործով դատական առաջին նիստը։
Հաջորդ նիստը տեղի կունենա վաղը՝ օգոստոսի 20-ին՝ ժամը 14։30-ին Շենգավիթի դատարանում։ Երկրորդ նիստի ընթացքում կքննվի դատավորը կքննի ամբաստանյալների խափանման միջոցը փոխելու հարցը։
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության քրեական դատարանի Կենտրոնի նստավայրում մեկնարկել է «Սրբազան շարժման» առաջնորդ Բագրատ Սրբազանի և մյուսների գործով դատական առաջին նիստը։
Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության, Բագրատ Սրբազանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա իր կողմից նախաձեռնված և ղեկավարվող «Սրբազան պայքար» անվանումով շարժումն իրականացնելու մի քանի ամիսների ընթացքում չկարողանալով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրությամբ թույլատրված եղանակներով իրագործել իր կողմից շարժման առջև դրված՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում իշխանությունը ստանձնելու նպատակը, 2024 թվականի նոյեմբեր ամսից սկսած նպատակադրվել է այն իրագործել ՀՀ Սահմանադրությամբ չթույլատրված եղանակով, և այդ նպատակի իրականացման համար շարժման մի շարք մասնակիցների՝ Մովսես Շարբաթյանի, Հայկ Շահնազարյանի, Տիգրան Թոփալյանի, Լիդիա Մանթաշյանի, Հրայր Հակոբյանի, Կարո Օկումուշյանի, Արթուր Սարգսյանի, Իգոր Սարգսյանի, Արա Ռոստոմյանի, Արսեն Ղազարյանի, Արման Իսրայելյանի, Աղվան Արշակյանի, Արմեն Ալեքսանյանի, Միհրան Մախսուդյանի, Դավիթ Գալստյանի և այլ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ խմբի կազմում, ձեռք են բերել ահաբեկչություն կատարելու և իշխանությունը զավթելու համար անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ և գործիքներ, ինչպես նաև դիտավորությամբ ստեղծել են այլ պայմաններ՝ այդ կերպ կատարելով իշխանությունը յուրացնելու նախապատրաստություն։
