Հունվարի վերջից՝ պաշտոնը ստանձնելուց ի վեր, ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը գնել է ավելի քան 100 միլիոն դոլարի պարտատոմսեր, ըստ ԱՄՆ կառավարության էթիկայի գրասենյակի (Office of Government Ethics) օգոստոսի 12-ին հրապարակած ֆինանսական բացահայտումների, հաղորդում է Reuters-ը։
Փաստաթղթերը վկայում են ավելի քան 600 գործարքի մասին, բայց չեն նշում գնումների ճշգրիտ գումարները, միայն միջակայքերը։
Պարտատոմսերը ներառում են մի շարք խոշոր ընկերությունների կորպորատիվ թողարկումներ, մասնավորապես՝ Citigroup-ը, Morgan Stanley-ն, Wells Fargo-ն, Meta-ն, Qualcomm-ը, The Home Depot-ը, T-Mobile-ը և UnitedHealth Group-ը։
Թրամփը գնել է նաև պետական և մունիցիպալ պարտատոմսեր՝ թողարկումներ, որոնք շրջանառության մեջ են դրել քաղաքների, նահանգների, շրջանների, դպրոցական շրջանների և գազամատակարարման ընկերությունները։
Փորձագետները նշում են, որ Թրամփի պորտֆելը ներառում է ակտիվներ, որոնք կարող են օգուտ քաղել նրա վարչակազմի քաղաքականությունից։
