Իսրայելի պաշտպանության ուժերը (ՑԱԽԱԼ) տեղեկացրել են Գազայի հատվածում գտնվող բժշկական անձնակազմին և միջազգային կազմակերպություններին քաղաքի վրա ռազմական վերահսկողությունը ստանձնելու նախատեսված գործողությունից առաջ անկլավի հարավային հատված բնակչության տարհանմանը նախապատրաստվելու անհրաժեշտության մասին։
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին հայտնել է ԻՊՈւ մամուլի խոսնակի բաժինը։
«Իսրայելի պաշտպանության ուժերի կողմից Գազայի հատվածից հարավ գտնվող բնակչության տարհանման նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների շրջանակներում՝ սեփական անվտանգության համար, ԻՊՈւ-ի Գազայի համակարգող ստորաբաժանումը երկու օր առաջ նախնական զանգեր է կատարել Գազայի հատվածի հյուսիսային հատվածում գտնվող բժշկական անձնակազմին և միջազգային կազմակերպություններին՝ անկլավի հարավային հատված բնակչության տարհանմանը նախապատրաստվելու համար»,-ասված է հայտարարության մեջ։
Նշվում է, որ Իսրայելի պաշտպանության բանակի սպաները բուժաշխատողների ուշադրությունը հրավիրել են հարավային հատվածում հիվանդների և վիրավորների ընդունման համար նախատեսված հիվանդանոցային ենթակառուցվածքների փոփոխությունների, ինչպես նաև միջազգային մարդասիրական կազմակերպությունների խնդրանքներին համապատասխան անհրաժեշտ բժշկական սարքավորումների մատակարարման ավելացման վրա։
Զինվորականները նաև տեղեկացրել են Գազայի բժշկական անձնակազմին բժշկական սարքավորումները Գազայից անկլավի հարավ տեղափոխելու անհրաժեշտության մասին՝ ապահովելու համար, որ գոտու հարավային մասում գտնվող բոլոր հիվանդները բուժվեն և հիվանդանոցները պատրաստվեն հյուսիսից հիվանդներին ընդունելու համար:
Ավելի վաղ, Իսրայելի պաշտպանության նախարար Իսրայել Կացը հաստատել էր Գազա քաղաքի գրավման գործողությունը, իսկ Իսրայելի պաշտպանության բանակի մամուլի խոսնակի գրասենյակը հայտարարել էր, որ գործողությանը նախապատրաստվելու համար մոտ 60,000 պահեստազորի զորակոչի ծանուցում է ուղարկվել:
