ՀՀ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի Երևանի կենտրոնի տեսուչները ստուգում են իրականացրել «Ձյան փաթիլներ» արտադրական կոոպերատիվին պատկանող պաղպաղակի արտադրամասում (Կոտայքի մարզ, գ․Առինջ), որի ընթացքում կատարել են ապրանքնատեսակների նմուշառում և հանձնել լաբորատոր հետազոտության:
Ըստ լաբորատոր փորձաքննության արդյունքների՝ «Nostalgia», «Ձյունիկ»», «Մանկական» (արտ․՝ 09․06․2025թ.) արտադրատեսակների նմուշները «Կաթնայուղի զանգվածային մաս» ցուցանիշներով չեն համապատասխանել մաքսային կանոնակարգերով սահմանված պահանջներին։
ՍԱՏՄ ղեկավարի որոշմամբ՝ պաղպաղակի արտադրամասի առանձին արտադրատեսակների գործունեությունը դադարեցվել է, մինչև հայտնաբերված խախտումները վերացնելը։
«Ձյան փաթիլներ» արտադրական կոոպերատիվին տրվել է խմբաքանակի իրացումն արգելելու, շուկայից հետ կանչելու, ոչնչացնելու կամ օգտահանելու մասին կարգադրագիր:
Բացի այս՝
ՀՀ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի Երևանի կենտրոնի տեսուչները վերահսկողական միջոցառումներ են անցկացրել անհատ ձեռնարկատեր Անահիտ Հակոբյանին պատկանող (Վայոց ձոր, ք․ Եղեգնաձոր) կաթնամթերքի արտադրամասում, որտեղ պարզել են, որ այն աշխատում է սանիտարահիգիենիկ պայմանների խախտումներով։
Մասնավորապես՝
• արտադրամասի հատակների և պատերի մակերևույթները պատրաստված չեն եղել անջրանցիկ, լվացվող, ախտահանվող նյութերից,
• արտադրական շինությունների դռները հարթ չեն եղել և պատված չեն եղել չներծծվող նյութերով,
• արտադրամասի դասավորվածությունը ապահովված չի եղել պարենային հումքի և սննդամթերքի աղտոտված և մաքուր գույքի խաչաձևող հոսքայնության հնարավորությունը,
• ապահովված չի եղել կենդանիների ներթափանցումը բացառող միջոցներով,
• ապահովված չի եղել օդափոխության համակարգերով,
• սարքավորված չեն եղել ձեռքերը լվանալու համար նախատեսված լվացարաններով,
• սննդամթերքի հետ անմիջական շփման մեջ գտնվող բոլոր սարքավորումները, գործիքները, պարագաները պատրաստված չեն եղել հիգիենայի պահանջները բավարարող նյութերից և չեն պահվել բարվոք վիճակում։
Տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարի որոշմամբ՝ կաթնամթերքի արտադրամասի արտադրական գործունեությունը կասեցվել է, սահմանվել է խախտումներն ու անհամապատասխանությունները վերացնելու ժամկետ:
