SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով օգոստոսի 4-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Այդ օրը ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Նաիրիի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացել, որ ժամը 21։30-ի սահմաններում Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 34-ամյա Գ․ Ս․-ն գնացել է նախկին կնոջ, Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 34-ամյա Ն․ Պ․-ի տուն, հայհոյանքներ հնչեցնել նրա և իր ընտանիքի հասցեին, որից հետո վերջինիս եղբայր՝ 36-ամյա Ա․ Պ․-ն դուրս է եկել տանից և սկսել վիճաբանել Գ․ Ս․-ի հետ, որի ժամանակ փոխադարձ հարվածներ են հասցրել միմյանց, տվել հայհոյանքներ, իսկ Ա․ Պ․-ն իր մոտ եղած օդաճնշիչ ատրճանակով մի քանի անգամ կրակել է Գ․ Ս․-ի ուղղությամբ, ինչից հետո վերջինս հեռացել է դեպքի վայրից և շուրջ 15 րոպե հետո վերադարձել է նշված վայր և նորից հայհոյանքներ հնչեցրել, որից հետո հեռացել է։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ժամեր անց ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժնում տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ նշված հասցեից գազային ատրճանակի կիրառման հետևանքով «ձախ դաստակի թիկնային մակերեսի վնասվածք, ձախ այտային շրջանի քերծած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի։
Հիվանդանոց մեկնած ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժնի ծառայողները՝ բաժնի պետ Սուրիկ Ջանիկյանի գլխավորութամբ, պարզել են, որ վիրավորը Գ․ Ս․-ն է։
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Նաիրիի քննչական բաժին։
