«Խաղաղության» դիմակով՝ դեպի նոր պատերազմ. ինչ խոստովանեց Փաշինյանը

Երեկվա օրը նշանավորվեց կառավարության նիստից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի անսպասելի ճեպազրույցով, որի ընթացքում նա մի շարք վտանգավոր հայտարարություններ արեց՝ հերթական անգամ արձագանքելով Ադրբեջանի օրակարգին և Հայաստանի համար ծայրահեղ ռիսկային դրության ստեղծելով։
Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ եթե Սահմանադրական դատարանը Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագիրը հակասող ճանաչի Սահմանադրությանը, ինքը նախաձեռնելու է սահմանադրական փոփոխություններ։ Այսպես, խաղաղության գործընթացը պայմանավորվում է ներքաղաքական սահմանադրական փոփոխություններով, ինչը դիտվում է որպես հանրության ահաբեկում` նոր պատերազմի վտանգով։
Բացի այդ, Փաշինյանը կանխավ պնդեց, թե ժողովուրդը չի կարող մերժել սահմանադրական փոփոխությունները, փաստացի իր խոսքում անտեսելով հանրաքվեի ազատ կամարտահայտության սկզբունքը։
Նրա հռետորաբանությունը ցույց տվեց, որ խաղաղության թեման առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում դառնալու է հիմնական քարոզչական գործիքը։ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, թե քաղաքացիները պետք է ընտրություն կատարեն «խաղաղության և ոչ խաղաղության միջև»՝ փորձելով հասարակությանը շանտաժի ենթարկել պատերազմի սպառնալիքով։
Ճեպազրույցում Փաշինյանը չբացառեց արտահերթ ընտրությունների քննարկումը, սակայն ՔՊ կուսակցության փոխնախագահ Գևորգ Պապոյանը նույն օրը շտապեց հայտարարել, որ արտահերթ ընտրություններ չեն լինելու, և իշխանությունը պատրաստվում է միայն 2026-ի հերթական ընտրություններին։
Ամենաողբերգական հայտարարությունը վերաբերում էր Հայաստանի ռազմական բյուջեին։ Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ 2026-ի բյուջեում հնարավոր է չլինի պաշտպանության ծախսերի ավելացում կամ կրճատում։ Սա այն պայմաններում, երբ Ալիևը Քարվաճառում հայտարարում է Ադրբեջանի ռազմական ներուժի կտրուկ ավելացման, նոր ռազմական ստորաբաժանումների ստեղծման և ժամանակակից սպառազինության ձեռքբերման մասին։
Այս հակադրությունը ևս մեկ անգամ վկայում է, որ գործող իշխանությունը գիտակցաբար թուլացնում է հայկական բանակը։
Իշխանությունների քաղաքականությունը ուղեկցվում է նաև նոր բռնաճնշումներով։ Երեկ դատարանը երեք ամսով երկարացրեց Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանի և ԱԺ պատգամավոր Արթուր Սարգսյանի կալանքը, իսկ մի շարք այլ գործերով կիրառվեց խիստ տնային կալանք։
Կրկին երկարացվել է նաև գործարար և բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի կալանքը։ Սա վկայում է, որ իշխանությունը ամենաշատը վախենում է մեծ ռեսուրսներ և հեղինակություն ունեցող ընդդիմադիր գործիչներից ու ձգտում է կանխել նրանց քաղաքական մասնակցությունը՝ հատկապես խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ։
