2023թ սեպտեմբերի 19-ից հետո հաճախ մտածում եմ, թե ինչպե՞ս է նոր պայմաններում աշխատելու Հայաստանի դիվանագիտական ապարատը՝ հաշվի առնելով նաև, թե ովքեր են նշանակված ԱԳՆ ղեկավար պաշտոններին...
Ստացվում է, որ ՀՀ վարչապետի ակտիվ ջանքերով դեսպանները տևական ժամանակ է զրկված էին որևէ արտաքին քաղաքական օրակարգ առաջ մղելուց և, մեծ հաշվով, հյուպատոսի գործառույթներ էին իրականացնում նստավայր երկրներում: Բացառությամբ մի քանի ՔՊ-ականի, որոնք զբաղված էին շահագրգիռ գերտերություններում Արցախի ամբողջական հանձնումն օրինականացնելով, Ադրբեջանի թիկունքը պահելով...
Թվում էր՝ դրանից ավելի վատ, անօգտակար վիճակ չէր կարող լինել դեսպանների համար. աշխատել առանց որևէ առաջնահերթության, առանց օրակարգի:

Այժմ, այդ նույն պատուհասի շնորհիվ, նրանք աշխատելու են միջազգային հարաբերություններում հիմնավորել, որ Արցախը «միշտ էլ Ադրբեջան է եղել», Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը «հայերն են հրահրել», Սփյուռքը «պետք է ինքնուրույն իր խնդիրները լուծի» և այլն:
