«Վանական» ըմպելիք՝ բազմաթիվ գաղտնիքներով. «Փաստ»
ՀԱՆՐԱՀԱՅՏ ՄՈԼՈՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐ
«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
«Ֆրանգելիկո» լիկյորը լավ հայտնի է քաղցրասերներին, քանի որ այն բավականին տարածված բաղադրիչ է բազմաթիվ աղանդերների մեջ, ընդ որում՝ ոչ միայն կոկտեյլների, այլ նաև տորթերի, պաղպաղակի և սուֆլեի մեջ է օգտագործվում։
Ընդունեք, որ երեք դարը շատ պատկառելի տարիք է նույնիսկ լիկյորի համար։ Հենց այդ տարիքն ունի կաթոլիկ վանականի ուրվագծերով և մաշված պարանով գոտիավորված բնօրինակ շշերի այդ համեղ պարունակությունը։ Իհարկե, այդ ֆանտաստիկ համով ըմպելիքի ծննդյան ժամանակ նրա «մանկական հագուստը» բոլորովին այլ է եղել, բայց բաղադրատոմսը նույնն է, և մինչ օրս այն պահվում է խիստ գաղտնիության մեջ։ Տարիների ընթացքում բազմաթիվ մեդալներ և այլ պարգևներ են զարդարել վանականի համեստ գոտիով ապակե այդ շիշը, բայց նրա համը տարիների ընթացքում որևէ էական փոփոխության չի ենթարկվել։
Ինչպես հավանաբար արդեն կռահեցիք, «Ֆրանգելիկոն» ծնվել է վանքում, կոնկրետ՝ Պիեմոնտում։ Վանականները հաճախ են աշխարհին նվիրել հիանալի գինիներ և լիկյորներ։
Այս լիկյորն իր անունը ստացել է 17-րդ դարում Պիեմոնտում ապրած ծեր վանական Fra Angelico–ի անունից: Սա, իհարկե, ենթադրաբար։ Նրա անունը իտալերեն նշանակում է հրեշտակ–եղբայր։ Անհայտ է, թե արդյո՞ք նա էր այդ հին բաղադրատոմսի ստեղծողը, պատմությունը «մոռացել» է դրա մասին, ու մնացել են ենթադրությունները։ Դե, իրականում դա այդքան էլ կարևոր չէ։
Ո՞րն է այս ըմպելիքի իրական «հրեշտակային» համը։ Հիմքը, իհարկե, սպիրտն է («Ֆրանգելիկոյի» վերջնական թնդությունը 24 աստիճան է, ինչպես բոլոր հայտնի եւ սիրված լիկյորների մոտ): Հետո նրան փոխանցում են Tonda Gentile տեսակի տապակած ընկույզի համը։ Ալկոհոլը մանրացված տապակած ընկույզների հետ խառնելուց հետո կրկին թորվում է։ Ապա ավելացվում են մնացած բաղադրիչները։ Հավելանյութերի ամբողջական ցանկը հայտնի է միայն արտադրողին, բայց կարելի է վստահորեն ասել, որ «Ֆրանգելիկոյի» համային փնջի ստեղծման մեջ ներգրավված են կակաո, վանիլին, վայրի հատապտուղներ, ցեյլոնական դարչին, դառը նուշ, նարնջի ծաղկի թերթիկներ, տարբեր խոտաբույսեր և շատ ավելին:
Խմիչքի մի փոքր բաժակը բավարար է բերանում դրա մեղմ, ընդգրկուն և շատ հարուստ համը պահպանելու համար։ Այն խմում են ոչ միայն տաք, թունդ սուրճի, այլ նաև սառույցի հետ։ Այդ լիկյորը նույնիսկ օգտագործվում է որպես ապերիտիվ... Պետք է փորձել այն, թե ինչ է թաքնված վանականի աղքատիկ պարանով գոտևորված ապակու տակ, և արդյունքը կգերազանցի բոլոր սպասելիքները։
