Քրեական ոստիկանության Արագածոտնի մարզային վարչության ծառայողները կոռուպցիոն բնույթի հանցանքի վերաբերյալ օպերատիվ տեղեկությունն իրացրին Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության գործընկերների հետ:
Օպերատիվ-հետախուզական ծավալուն միջոցառումների արդյունքում տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ Արագածոտնի մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավորներից մեկի օգնականը այս տարվա մարտին քաղաքացիական գործով երկու հայցվորի հայտնել է, թե իրենց օգտին վճիռ կայացնելու համար դատավորը պահանջել է 450 հազար դրամ կաշառք, սակայն ինքը սակարկել է` գումարն իջեցնելով 350 հազարի:
Գործը վերաբերում էր գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության երկու հողամասի նկատմամբ սեփականության իրավունքը ճանաչելուն:
Հայցվորները մերժել էին դատավորի օգնականի առաջարկը, և ապրիլի 1-ին կայացված վճռով նրանց հայցը մերժվել էր:
Արդեն ապրիլի 10-ին դատարանի շենքի մոտ դատավորի օգնականն, այնուամենայնիվ, հայցվորներից ստացել էր պահանջված 350 հազար դրամը, և ձեռնամուխ էր եղել նրանց անունից նոր հայցադիմում պատրաստելուն և դատարան ներկայացնելուն՝ խոստանալով նրանց համար ապահովել բարենպաստ դատական ակտ։
Նկարագրված հանցանքի մասին հաղորդում է ներկայացվել Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտե, որտեղ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Դատավորի օգնականի և հայցվորների նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում։ Նրանք ձերբակալվել և ներկայացվել են Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտե։
