Տրանսպորտային քարտերից անհետանո՞ւմ է լիցքավորված գումարը․ ահազանգի հետքերով

Օգոստոսի 1-ից հասարակական տրանսպորտի միասնական տոմսային համակարգը շարունակում է գործել վճարման 3 տարբերակով՝ տրանսպորտային քարտ, անհպում բանկային քարտ (ՀՀ բոլոր բանկերից՝ բացի ՎՏԲ-ից), բջջային հավելված: Տրանսպորտային քարտը անժամկետ է։
Չնայած նոր համակարգի ներդրմանը՝ շատ քաղաքացիներ դեռ չեն ընտելացել փոփոխություններին։ Մեզ դիմած մի շարք քաղաքացիներ հայտնում են, որ հաճախ վալիդատորները չեն ճանաչում իրենց բանկային քարտերը։ Նույն քարտերը հաջողությամբ աշխատում են խանութներում, սուպերմարկետներում և դեղատներում, սակայն տրանսպորտում՝ ոչ։
Սակայն, MediaHub-ին դիմած քաղաքացիների մոտ այս պահին այլ խնդիր է առաջացել։ Քաղաքացիները բողոքում են տրանսպորտային քարտերի լիցքավորման հետ կապված խնդիրներից։ Մասնավորապես, ըստ նրանց՝ քարտը լիցքավորելուց մի քանի օր անց, օգտագործման պահին պարզվում է, որ գումարը անհետացել է։
«Մեկ անգամ լիցքավորեցի տրանսպորտի քարտը, նորմալ օգտվեցի։ Իսկ տասը օր հետո, երբ կրկին փորձեցի օգտվել, վալիդատորը ցույց տվեց, որ գործարքը չկատարվեց՝ վառվեց կարմիր լույսը։ Պարզվեց՝ քարտում այլևս գումար չկա», — նշեց մեզ ահազանգած քաղաքացին։
MediaHub-ը կապ հաստատեց Telcell համակարգի մամուլի քարտուղար Սուսաննա Տոնոյանի հետ, ով նշեց, որ եթե քարտը չի հպչում վալիդատորին, ապա անհնար է գումար գանձվի։
«Եթե քարտը չի հպվել վալիդատորին, ապա պարզապես անհնար է, որ գումար գանձվի։ Բացի այդ՝ տրանսպորտային քարտերում լիցքավորվում է ոչ թե գումար, այլ՝ փաթեթ։ Հետևաբար, գումարի կորուստ բացառվում է»,– նշեց Տոնոյանը։
Նա հավելեց, որ ակտիվացված փաթեթներն ունեն գործողության հստակ ժամկետ՝ մեկ ամսվա փաթեթը գործում է 30 օր, մեկ տարվա փաթեթը՝ 365 օր։ Ժամկետի լրանալուց հետո տվյալ փաթեթն այլևս չի գործում։
Տոնոյանը նշեց, որ եթե քաղաքացիներն ինչ–ինչ պատճառներով խնդիրներ են ունենում, ապա միանգամից պետք է դիմեն Telcell, որպեսզի ընկերությունը, խնդիր լինելու դեպքում, արագ լուծի այն։
