Էրդողանի խոստացած «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» օգուտների հետքերով. ի՞նչ է իրականում սպասվում ՀՀ-ին

Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանը հայտարարել է, որ այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» Թուրքիայի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հաշտեցման նախագիծ է։ Նրա խոսքով՝ նախագծի իրականացմամբ Թուրքիա–Ադրբեջան–Հայաստան տնտեսական համագործակցությունը կմտնի նոր փուլ։
Էրդողանը նշել է, թե 224 կիլոմետրանոց երկաթուղային գիծը, որի հիմնարկեքը դրվել է օգոստոսի 22-ին, «Թուրքիայի համար հպարտության աղբյուր է»։ Ըստ Էրդողանի` միջանցքի թողունակությունը կկազմի տարեկան 5.5 միլիոն ուղևոր և 15 միլիոն տոննա բեռ։
MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում քաղաքագետ Գարիկ Քեռյանը նշեց, որ Զանգեզուրով անցնող ճանապարհը ադրբեջանական և թուրքական կողմերը միշտ ներկայացնում են որպես տնտեսական, կոմունիկացիոն, տրանսպորտային կապ, որը «նպաստելու է տնտեսական առաջընթացին»։
«Թե ի՞նչ օգուտ կտա այդ ծրագիրը Հայաստանին՝ դժվարանում եմ պատասխանել, այդ մասին կարելի է ասել միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ ծրագիրը սկսի գործել, բեռնափոխադրումներ լինեն։ Այդ ժամանակ կտեսնենք՝ Հայաստանի բյուջե ինչքա՞ն գումարներ են մուծվելու: Բայց որ Հայաստանը կարող է օգտվել այդ միջանցքից, կարծում եմ, այդ մասին խոսել նպատակահարմար չէ, ես պարզապես չեմ պատկերացնում, թե այդքան կիլոմետր ճանապարհ անցնելով հայկական բեռները որտեղից ուր են գնալու»,- նշեց քաղաքագետը։
Քեռյանի խոսքով՝ այստեղ ամբողջ խնդիրն այն է, որ 3-րդ կողմը՝ ամերիկյան ընկերությունը, ինչպե՞ս կկառավարի դա։ Կկառավարի՞ ազնվորեն, որ յուրաքանչյուր կողմ իր շահույթը ստանա, կամ կկառավարի՞ այնպես, որ Հայաստանի իրավունքները չոտնահարվի։
«Այս հարցերին կարող ենք պատասխանել, երբ այդ ճանապարհը պատրաստ լինի և ամերիկյան ընկերությունն իր ձեռագիրը ցույց տա։ Ես շատ թերահավատ եմ, որ դա կարող է իրականանալ, որովհետև դրա իրականացումը կապված է քաղաքական փոփոխությունների հետ, և ես համոզված եմ՝ ուկրանիկական պատերազմից հետո իրավիճակը Հարավային Կովկասում փոխվելու է, և Իրանն ու Ռուսատանն ինչ-որ վերահսկողություն ունենալու են այդ ճանապարհի վրա»,- հավելեց Քեռյանը։
Հիշեցնենք, դեռ հուլիսի վերջին Իրանի Իսլամական հեղափոխության առաջնորդ Այաթոլլահ Սեյյեդ Ալի Խամենեիի ավագ խորհրդական Ալի Աքբար Վելայաթին հայտարարել էր, որ, այսպես կոչված, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» նախագիծն աշխարհաքաղաքական սխեմա է, որը ղեկավարվում է ԱՄՆ-ի և Իսրայելի ռեժիմի կողմից՝ ի վնաս Իրանի ազգային անվտանգության և ռազմավարական կապերի։
««Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» նման ծրագրերը հետապնդվում են որպես ավելի լայն աշխարհաքաղաքական նախագծերի քողարկում։ Գլխավոր նպատակն է թուլացնել դիմադրության առանցքը, խզել Իրանի կապը Կովկասի հետ և ցամաքային շրջափակում սահմանել Իրանի և Ռուսաստանի վրա տարածաշրջանի հարավում»,- հայտարարել էր Վելայաթին։
