Ֆրանսիական Transavia ավիաընկերության Փարիզ–Երևան չվերթը, որը նախատեսված էր օգոստոսի 25-ին առավոտյան 09:20-ին՝ Օռլիի օդանավակայանից, մոտ երկու ժամ օդում մնալուց հետո վերադարձել է Փարիզ։ Նախատեսվում էր, որ Boeing 737-800 օդանավը Երևանում պիտի լիներ երեկ՝ տեղի ժամանակով 16։10-ին, բայց «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում վայրէջք է կատարել մոտ 5 ժամ ուշացումով, հաղորդում է abcmedia.am–ը։

Ուղևորներից Մարիամ Այդինյանը ABC media-ի հետ զրույցում պատմեց, որ թռիչքի մեկնարկի կարճ ժամանակ անց ինքնաթիռում տարօրինակ ձայն է լսվել։
«Թռիչքից մոտ մեկ ժամ անց մեզ հայտնեցին, որ պետք է վերադառնանք։ Ասում էին՝ անվտանգության նկատառումներով, բայց կոնկրետ խնդիրը չէին նշում։ Իջնելուց հետո պարզվեց, որ դուռը լավ չի փակվել, ներսում ապակու կտոր էր մնացել։ Պատկերացրեք՝ եթե օդաչուն չնկատեր, մենք կարող էինք վթարի ենթարկվել։ Փաստացի, օդաչուի շնորհիվ, փրկվել ենք մահից», – ասաց ուղևորը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ երկու ժամ տևած թռիչքի ընթացքում ուղևորներին ոչինչ չեն առաջարկել․ «Մարդիկ վախեցած էին, բայց ոչ ջուր տվեցին, ոչ էլ հստակ ինֆորմացիա։ Նույնիսկ երբ իջանք Փարիզի օդանավակայան, որևէ ներկայացուցիչ մեզ չմոտեցավ։ Ավելի ուշ կրկին նստեցրին նույն օդանավը, թեև սկզբում ասել էին, որ կփոխեն»։
Ուղևորը դժգոհ է նաև սպասարկման որակից․«Վաուչերներ էին տրամադրել՝ օդանավակայանի սրճարաններից օգտվելու համար, բայց երբ մոտեցանք, որ ջուր վերցնեինք, տեսանք, որ դրանք վավեր չեն։ Մարդիկ քաղցած էին, ջրի կարիք ունեին։ Սա ոչ թե գումարի, այլ վերաբերմունքի խնդիր է», – նշեց Մարիամ Այդինյանը։
Նույն ավիաընկերության հետ կապված խնդիր է եղել նաև Երևանից մեկնելու ժամանակ:
«Օգոստոսի 10-ին մեր չվերթը պետք է լիներ 15:30-ին։ Արդեն անցել էինք բոլոր ստուգումները, նստեցման պահն էր, երբ օդաչուն հայտարարեց, որ թռիչքը չեղարկվում է։ Ասացին՝ մեծ թռչուն է մտել շարժիչի մեջ։ Հաջորդ օրը միայն կարողացանք մեկնել։ Այսինքն՝ և՛ գնալիս, և՛ վերադառնալիս խնդիր եմ ունեցել նույն ընկերության հետ», – պատմեց ուղևորը։
