Միջնակարգ դպրոցի տնօրենը մեղադրվում է հափշտակության համար. քրեական վարույթն ուղարկվել է դատարան

ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում քննված քրեական վարույթով իրականացված նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 2019 թվականից 2024 թվականը Շիրակի մարզի «Լեռնուտի միջնակարգ դպրոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած անձը, ի պաշտոնե ունենալով հիշյալ կազմակերպության գույքը՝ ներառյալ ֆինանսական միջոցները տնօրինելու լիազորություններ, 2023 թվականի ընթացքում, օգտագործելով ծառայողական լիազորությունները և դրանցով պայմանավորված ազդեցությունը՝ իրեն վստահված ֆինանսական միջոցներից հափշտակել է ընդհանուր 485,000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար: Այս մասին հայտնում են հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեից:
Մասնավորապես՝ 2023 թվականին հիշյալ անձը ջեռուցման սեզոնային բանվորի հաստիքին է գրանցել աշխատողի, ով չի իրականացրել տվյալ հաստիքով սահմանված պարտականությունները, սակայն տնօրենի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած անձը, տեղյակ լինելով այդ մասին, հանձնարարել է վճարել աշխատավարձ:
Բացի այդ, 2023 թվականին նույն դպրոցի տնտեսվարի հաստիքին է նշանակել մեկ այլ անձի, ով իր աշխատանքային պարտականությունները սկսել է իրականացնել 2024 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից: Դպրոցի տնօրենը, տեղեկացված լինելով վերը նշվածի մասին, հանձնարարել է նախորդող չորս ամիսների համար վճարել աշխատավարձ՝ այդ կերպ կատարելով 404.000 ՀՀ դրամի հափշտակություն։
Միջնակարգ դպրոցի տնօրենին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 256-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով (2 դրվագ):
Քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և վարույթի նյութերը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել են ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան:
Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
