Այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 27-ին, առեղծվածային դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում։ Կեսօրին մոտ ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Արարատի մարզային քրեական վարչությունում և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Արարատի բաժնում օպերատրվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Արարատ քաղաքի ժողովրդին հայտնի Զոդի կամրջի հարևանությամբ գործող մետաղաձուլական գործարանի աշխատակիցները հակատանկային արկ են հայտնաբերել։

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ժամանել են Արարատի մարզի քրեական վարչության պետ Սարիբեկ Ռուստամյանը , ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնի պետ Գրիշա Քոչարյանը։

Տեղում պարզվել է, որ ստացված տեղեկությունը հավաստի է և «ՋԹԲ-ՍԹԻԼ» գործարան տեղափոխված թափոնի մեջ հայտնաբերվածը հակատանկային արկ է։

Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վեդիի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Արթուր Շոխոյանի, վարչության պետի տեղակալ Ներսես Մուրադյանի, Վեդիի քննչական բաժնի պետի պարտականությունների ժամանակավոր կատարող Նարեկ Գզիրյանի և օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։

Դեպքի փաստով Վեդիի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով իրավապահները աշխատում են մի քանի վարկածի ուղղությամբ, որոնց մեջ է մտնում նաև այն, որ հնարավոր է անհայտ անձը կամ անձինք փորձել են գործարանը պայթեցնել, կամ նախազգուշացում են ուղարկել ըստ մամուլում շրջանառվող լուրերի նշված գործարանի սեփականատեր, գործարար Գրիգոր Տեր-Ղազարյանին, ով Սպարապետ Վազգեն Սարգսյանի եղբոր փեսան է և հակատանկային արկը չի պայթել առաջին հերթին գործարանի աշխատակիցների աչալրջության շնորհիվ, քանի որ երբ բեռնատարով երկաթե թափոն են բերել գործարան աշխատակիցները տեսակավորել են այն և այդ ժամանակ նկատել են  կպչուն ժապավենով փաթեթավորված պարկ և քանի որ չի երևացել, թե պարկի ներսում ինչ կա աշխատակցիները պարկը հեռացրել, ապա բացել են, որտեղ հայտնաբերել են ցինկից խողովակ, որի մեջ նկատել են հակատանկային արկը և եթե այն գցեին հատուկ պրեսի սարքավորման մեջ այն կպայթեր կամ եթե չպայթեր այն այնուհետև տեղափոխելու էին ձուլարան և մի քանի հազար աստիճան կրակի մեջ այն հաստատ կպայթեր և տեղի կունենար ողբերգություն, քանի որ ձուլարանի մոտ գտնվող աշխատակիցները հաստատ կտուժեին, այդ թվում գուցե այն ողբերգական ավարտ ունենար։

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով Արարատի քրեական և համայնքային ստիկանները արդեն մի քանի ժամ աշխատանքներ են իրականացնում պարզելու համար թե ով և ինչ մակնիշի բեռնատարով է այն բերվել գործարան։
