Արմավիրի մարզում 654 ուսուցիչ ատեստավորվել է, 42-ն ունի տարակարգ

Արմավիրի մարզում կայացել է հանրակրթական, նախադպրոցական և արտադպրոցական ուսումնական հաստատությունների տնօրենների օգոստոսյան խորհրդակցությունը, որը վարել է ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Արաքսիա Սվաջյանը։ 

Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են Արմավիրի մարզպետի տեղակալի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար, մարզպետի պարտականությունները կատարող Բարսեղ Նիկողոսյանը, ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի խորհրդական Արտաշես Թորոսյանը, «ԿԶՆԱԿ» հիմնադրամի տնօրենի պաշտոնակատար Ժաննա Հարությունյանը, կրթության ոլորտի պատասխանատուներ:

Խորհրդակցությունը մեկնարկել է «Տարվա լավագույնները 2024–2025» մրցույթի հաղթող 7 մանկավարժների պարգևատրմամբ, որոնք ստացել են ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության շնորհակալագրեր:

ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Արաքսիա Սվաջյանը ամփոփել է նախորդ ուսումնական տարվա արդյունքները և ներկայացրել առաջիկա ծրագրերը:

Ըստ նրա՝ 2024-2025 ուսումնական տարում նոր չափորոշիչը կգործի 1-11-րդ դասարաններում, իսկ 12-րդ դասարանի համար կգործարկվի 2025-2026 ուստարվանից։ Ներկայացվել են նաև մի շարք իրավական կարգավորումներ՝ ֆինանսական և ուսումնական գործընթացների կազմակերպման վերաբերյալ։ Նախարարի տեղակալը կարևորել է կրթության կառավարման տեղեկատվական համակարգում (ԿՏՏՀ) տվյալների ճշգրիտ և ամբողջական լրացումը՝ նշելով, որ դրանք ուղղակիորեն ազդում են ֆինանսավորման վրա։

2025-2026 ուսումնական տարին հայտարարվել է «Անվտանգ և ապահով կրթական միջավայրի տարի»։ Նախաձեռնության նպատակն է դպրոցներում ձևավորել բռնությունից զերծ, առողջ և պաշտպանված կրթական մթնոլորտ։ Այս շրջանակում նախատեսվում են մի շարք ծրագրեր և միջոցառումներ։

Արաքսիա Սվաջյանը նաև անդրադարձել է ՀՀ կառավարության «300 դպրոց, 500 մանկապարտեզ» ծրագրին՝ նշելով, որ Արմավիրի մարզում ներկայում վերակառուցման, նորոգման և կառուցման փուլում է 37 դպրոց, որից 4-ն արդեն շահագործման է հանձնվել։ Մարզի 87 դպրոց արդեն համալրվել է ԲՏՃՄ լաբորատոր սարքավորումներով, իսկ մյուսները համալրման փուլում են։ Նա հորդորել է դրանք նպատակային օգտագործել՝ բարձրացնելով բնագիտական առարկաների դասավանդման որակը։

Անդրադառնալով ուսուցիչների կամավոր ատեստավորման գործընթացին՝ նախարարի տեղակալը հայտնել է, որ Արմավիրի մարզում 654 ուսուցիչ արդեն անցել է ատեստավորում, իսկ 42-ը ունեն տարակարգ։ Նա հիշեցրել է, որ հայտագրումը բաց է մինչև սեպտեմբերի 30-ը։

Քննարկվել է նաև երկարօրյա ուսուցման ծառայության կիրառումը։ Արաքսիա Սվաջյանը շեշտել է, որ այդ ծառայությունը նոր գործիք է՝ ուղղված կրթության որակի բարելավմանը և սովորողների կարիքների հասցեագրմանը։

Խորհրդակցության մասնակցիները նաև իրենց հուզող հարցերն են ուղղել պաշտոնյաներին:

Նշենք, որ խորհրդակցությունից առաջ Արմավիրի քաղաքային զբոսայգում կազմակերպվել էր «Կրթական էքսպո» ցուցահանդես, որտեղ ներկայացվել էին մարզի դպրոցների լավագույն նախագծային աշխատանքները։ Մասնակիցները ծանոթացել են նախագծերին, զրուցել աշակերտների և ուսուցչական կազմի հետ:
