Ռուսական զորքերը օգոստոսի լույս 28-ի գիշերը լայնածավալ հարձակում են սկսել Կիևի վրա, որի հետևանքով վիրավորվել է 38 մարդ։ Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին հայտնել է առնվազն ութ զոհի մասին, այդ թվում՝ մեկ երեխա։
Քաղաքի ռազմական վարչակազմի ղեկավար Տիմուր Տկաչենկոն Telegram-ում գրել է, որ զոհերի թիվը կարող է աճել։
Կիևի քաղաքապետ Վիտալի Կլիչկոյի խոսքով՝ Դարնիցկի շրջանում վնասվել են բնակելի շենքեր, այդ թվում՝ հինգհարկանի շենք, որի մի ամբողջ հատվածը ավերվել է։
Դնեպրովսկի շրջանում անօդաչու թռչող սարքի բեկորները ընկել են եռահարկ գրասենյակային շենքի և մանկապարտեզի տարածքի վրա: Վնասվել է 25 հարկանի բնակելի շենք: Շևչենկովսկի շրջանում հրդեհ է բռնկվել բնակելի շենքում, վնասվել են ոչ բնակելի շենքեր, ուսումնական հաստատություն և գրասենյակային շենք:
Ուկրաինայի ներքին գործերի նախարարության ղեկավար Իգոր Կլիմենկոյի խոսքով՝ փրկարարները նաև դուրս են բերել դիակներ. «առջևում նույնականացման դժվար փուլ է»: «Մեծ հավանականություն կա, որ փլատակների տակ դեռ մարդիկ կան», — նշել է նա:
«Այս ռուսական հրթիռներն ու անօդաչու թռչող սարքերը հստակ պատասխան են աշխարհում բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր շաբաթներ և ամիսներ շարունակ կոչ են անում հրադադարի և իրական դիվանագիտության: Ռուսաստանը բանակցային սեղանի փոխարեն նախընտրում է բալիստիկան: Նախընտրում է շարունակել սպանությունները պատերազմը դադարեցնելու փոխարեն: Եվ սա նշանակում է, որ Ռուսաստանը դեռևս չի վախենում հետևանքներից: Ռուսաստանը դեռևս օգտվում է այն փաստից, որ աշխարհի առնվազն մի մասը աչք է փակում սպանված երեխաների վրա և արդարացումներ է փնտրում Պուտինի համար», — ասել է Զելենսկին:
