«Սիրիա ցամաքային զորքեր ուղարկելու Սաուդյան Արաբիայի նոր որոշումը կայացվել է Հալեպի հյուսիսում ընթացող գործողություններում արձանագրված լուրջ փոփոխություններից հետո, որոնց արդյունքում ազատագրվեցին Նուբոլը, Ալ-Զահրան և մինչև Թուրքիայի սահմանն ընկած սիրիական տարածքները: Դա իրականում ծանր հարված էր Կատար-Թուրքիա-Սաուդյան Արաբիա դաշինքի համար, որը փորձում է ընդդիմանալ իրեն անցանկալի զարգացումներին:

Փաստորեն, այդ երկրներն «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական կազմակերպության դեմ պայքարի նպատակով փորձում են զորքեր մտցնել Սիրիա այն ժամանակ, երբ դրա կարիքը, գոնե այս պահին, չկա: Ըստ այդմ՝ կարելի է հաստատապես ասել, որ նրանց հայտարարությունները կեղծ են և նպատակ են հետապնդում կասեցնելու սիրիական բանակի առաջխաղացումը:

Սաուդյան Արաբիան այնքան անկարող պետություն է, որ ի վիճակի չէ նույնիսկ թույլ պետություններում, ինչպիսին օրինակ սահմանակից Եմենն է, հարցեր լուծել, ինչպե՞ս է պատրաստվում հեռավոր Սիրիայում արդյունավետ գործողություններ իրականացնել: ԱՄՆ-ն, իր հերթին, ողջունում է Սաուդյան Արաբիայի այդ նախաձեռնությունը, քանի որ ցանկանում է Մերձավոր Արևելքում հակաահաբեկչական պայքարը թուրքերի և սաուդցիների միջոցով փոխակերպել սուննի-շիա կրոնադավանական հակամարտության:

Եթե Սաուդյան Արաբիան նոր ճակատ բացի Սիրիայում, ապա դա հօգուտ ամերիկյան զենքի վաճառքի կլինի, քանի որ սաուդցիներն ստիպված պետք է միլիարդավոր դոլարներ ծախսեն ամերիկյան նոր զինատեսակներ գնելու նպատակով:

Եթե Թուրքիան և Սաուդյան Արաբիան ցամաքային զորքեր մտցնեն Սիրիա, ապա նրանց առճակատումը ռուս-իրանական ուժերի հետ անխուսափելի կլինի: Ռուսաստանը վճռական է տրամադրված սկսած գործը շարունակելու հարցում, իսկ Իրանը չի պատրաստվում զրոյացնել վերջին ժամանակաշրջանի իր աշխարհաքաղաքական ձեռքբերումները»:
